1857 EST [Dow Jones] -- Costco Wholesale Corp. has made changes to its product offering for the holidays due to changes in consumer behavior, Chief Financial Officer Richard Galanti says. "There are more fundamental items that we have thrown into the offering," Mr. Galanti said, adding that among those items are barbeque grills and pressure washers.
