Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 14, 2020, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update related to the novel coronavirus pandemic (“COVID-19”). The press release also announces that the Company is withdrawing its full-year 2020 financial guidance previously issued on March 2, 2020, due to the uncertainty surrounding the impact of COVID-19. The Company is not providing an updated outlook at this time. A copy of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
