On January 13, 2020, Chiasma, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the United States Food and Drug Administration has
accepted for review the resubmission of the Company’s new drug application seeking marketing approval for its investigational octreotide capsules product candidate, conditionally trade-named
MYCAPSSA®, for the maintenance treatment of adults with acromegaly.
