EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

This amendment is being filed to correct (1) Exhibit 10.11, Employment Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2017, for Brenda Battey; (2) Exhibit 10.12, Employment Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2017, for Norman Bellefeuille; and (3) Exhibit 10.13, Employment Agreement, dated as of May 1, 2017, for Ruth McCloud, by adding thereto copies of Amendment No. 1 to the respective Employment Agreements, each dated and effective as of July 1, 2019.  Unless otherwise expressly stated herein, this amendment does not reflect any events occurring after the filing of the Company’s original Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2019.
