| (1) | The Reporting Person received shares of restricted stock and incentive stock options granted under the Blink Charging Co. 2018 Incentive Compensation Plan. The shares and options vest in three equal annual increments on February 7, 2021, 2022 and 2023, subject to immediate vesting upon an event constituting a change of control of the Issuer. The options expire incrementally five years after they vest, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service with the Issuer. |
