On August 14, 2019, Brian Stolz transitioned
from serving as the Chief People Officer of Activision Blizzard, Inc. (the “Company”) to serving as a special advisor
to the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Claudine Naughton joined the Company on August 14, 2019 and became the Company’s
Chief People Officer on that date.
