It is a performance vs plan issue. Summed up "ASTC Cannot Walk The Talk". It has been a complete failure. It has missed every target and every market they have talked about. Business is not easy. A bad B-Plan makes it harder, and poor leadership makes it impossible. ASTC checks ALL the boxes for a failed business. History repeats, BAD leadership NEVER gets better. Failure breeds Failure. ASTC is a classic DRY HOLE.

ALL reverse splits of fraud pump/dump's, go back to pre-split levels, unless they are legit, which ASTC/Pickens is NOT
Split it 1/30, 1/90, 1/500, Pickens', you lying con-artist - it'll then go to < .44 cents, and continue it's march towards the inevitable, ZERO.
At which time, we'll expose this 20+ year fraud to those that did not, but should then know.

So Pickens made $1.2 million for 2022 including a bonus of $375,000, can someone tell me what the roll of the compensation committee is besides rubber stamping whatever Pickens tells them to do is? Are these folks supposed to represent the shareholders or the executive who allows them to sit on the board, how about their liability? The shareholders should file suit to claw back the bonus and stock grants granted these past 15 years. Talk about egregious misuse of shareholder funds. With all of the hungry contingency lawyers out there looking for work, one would think this was a slam dunk.

Got to admit Stack ..you've been right and I was wrong .......of course I accepted your analysis quite some time ago

I keep an eye on this though, just waiting for the next R/S;After that the float will lower and Pickens and H C Wainwright will start pumping it again.....you get in after the R/S and wait for the PR pumps .......it's coming not too far in the future ,maybe 6 months from now

You don't want to stay too long though because sure as the sun comes up in the morning the SOB will start dilution on the PR pumps In and out ..stick and move! You don't want to be left without a chair at the cake walk

This has been a loser stock for the last 20 years. It gets pumped up every couple of years by a bunch of clueless idiots. The company had no real future once Pickens got involved. The management before him when they were still flying Spacehab modules on the shuttle was bad and it got worse. It ruined a good company Johnson Engineering. And it almost took Astrotech Space Operations done. Lucky for ASO that they got sold. I wonder where that money went?

Astrotech Shares Rise 9% on Purchase Order for Explosives-Detection Device

Astrotech Corp. shares were up 9% to $1.13 after the company said its 1st Detect subsidiary has secured a purchase order for its Tracer 1000, representing the first units to be deployed at an airport security checkpoint.

Volume for the stock was 30.3 million shares at 12:50 p.m. ET, compared to its 65-day average volume of 1.2 million shares. The stock hit its 52-week low of 94 cents on Aug. 19.

The company said that including prior sales to worldwide cargo facilities, the Tracer 1000 explosives trace detector will now be operating in 15 locations in 10 countries throughout Europe and Asia.

The company said the Tracer 1000 is inexpensive, small and easy to use, with high resolution and near-zero false alarms. It is the only mass spectrometry-based explosives trace detector to have received European Civil Aviation Conference certification for both checkpoint and cargo security, the company said.
