I didn’t read that to mean they boarded Starbucks. I think he meant they were opening up the model Starbucks has where you put money on a Starbucks award and can only use it at Starbucks. They were going to make it so you can spend your Starbucks money at in and out also or other places. He has done a podcast before talking about this. $5500? From your mouth to gods ears.i would loved to know where you saw that. But I think you’re correct. The growth is exponential. As they board projects it gets easier and faster. They will need to add some things like AI, and they need more engineers but these software companies are goldmines when they have something everyone uses. I remember reading a story from the 90s where everyone at Oracle became a multi millionaire including the custodial staff.

A few thoughts.

In all my years of investing I have not seen a stock with so much potential. If they execute we are going to be very happy.

I am impressed that Luke has kept the share count so low with what all hey have had to go through. I suspect when the new numbers of shares holders are announced it is going to be very much lower than the 5,000 prior.

At 5 dollars the big boys are going to have severe problems obtaining shares. Just try and get 5M share blocks. Ha. I just looked at the hedge funds owning and BoA just got 10 shares and JPM 333 shares. Cheap shares are now drying up. I expect we stay at 1.00 or more going forward.

I feel bad for those that waited so long and panicked, but I do appreciate them allowing me to get a substantial position before the patent approval and next news.

I saw a price prediction yesterday of 5,500 by 2030 and that was assuming at the same growth rate. I doubt seriously they are going to continue at the same growth rate if they execute on all their projects. I suggest the could grow at a much higher rate.

Once dollars are coming in they need to keep tight control and bring some dollars to the bottom line each quarter and this company takes off like a rocket. If they do that, we all will be happy.

None of these analysts have any idea what is going on. In fact nobody knows what is going on. A price target of 1.50 is ridiculous. A price target of $50 is more in line with what the company is doing.

For what it is worth,

After their updates last night, two sites I watch feel APCX is getting ready to rise.

One site indicates 100 percent long and an initial target of 1.21 and a second target of 1.41. with both rated excellent.

The second site talks about 1.10

Have been dragging as both of us had a severe case of food poisoning, Not fun. It wasn't my wife's cooking.

Stock looks like it is trying to get over 1 again but a drip, drip of 100 share sellers. Not sure why they would sell now with the credit unions and airports being added this quarter. Sometimes you just have to evaluate if you are right in your investment and ride it out.

Need some positive information now and get this stock over a dollar soon before the stock exchange starts telling them they need to do so.

I agree. But frankly I think they have so many projects going and so much demand that they might be a bit overwhelmed right now. It is a small company trying to onboard billions in projects. I don’t know if the credit union project is onboarding all at once on one system. I would think having to onboard each credit union is cost prohibitive. It is likely one system to turn on all of them can use. And the airport contract is a federal contract I think so they have to make sure it is done right. They have one done. And that was three months ago so I am sure they are working on others. Granted I feel like it is a little slow as they said 40 this year and it is q2 already but I think as they onboard things the process will streamline substantially. All these things are a groundswell that have growing pains. I think in the end when they have successful news they will advise the world. But as a small company they don’t have room for mistakes so I appreciate they are quiet while everything is accomplished. They are also probably working on Broadnet, Nuvei, and instacash. Plus there are likely deals they can’t tell us about as they are likely under NDA.

Thinking out loud here. APCX should post on their website how many credit unions or airports are added each day. Would not cost them PR money but an easy method to see how they are progressing. Should help the stock price.

With 2k credit unions to be added in this quarter, that is 63 working days. That is 31.74 credit unions a day that need to be added.

I know our credit union has 13 branches so that would be knocked out in one day.

If investor's see the progress on credit unions and airports it solidifies peoples thinking. Just all IMHO.

I agree the R&D to get to this point must have been a nightmare. Time to profit as a company.

I hope they get their 4th quarter accounting done on time now they have some extra cash. Otherwise people will gripe on any extension request. I am sure they are on over load right now. It will be most interesting to hear Luke's discussion about the rest of this year now.

Found a site that says they are looking for stock to trade up to 1.14 tomorrow. Time will tell. I told our son I sort of thought the same.

Very interesting. They spend a few years searching for a partner to help them build the platform. After oracle it was infinios and then they bought Finzeo in October which ended up being what they needed. Now they own the whole vertical and dontcsharecreceniexwothxanyobe except the banks that process for them and the channel partners that bring them business. It took a while to finish the R&D but now it’s apparently done…. Just waiting for the lag in earnings to see what comes to fruition…..

No problem. The prospectus says there are 5000 shareholders but I know there are insiders holding not listed on the roles. I also know a few people hold a couple million shares and there are a select few holding in the tens and hundreds of thousands. I think it is definitely concentrated. There shareholders that have been around 10-15 years loyal to the company. Once the institutions jump in over 5 a share it’ll take off. There is so much happening at the company that we can’t even fathom right now. They literally have too much business……gonna be a great year.

Thank you for the correction on the patent timing. April sounds much better. I can imagine what happens the day that patent approval is announced. I hope the Austin office has a mass mailing of patent use letters ready to send out in the mail that day.

As for discord, thank you for the invite but, I think I will pass. I have more trouble with passwords lately than I can deal with on a daily basis. I would like to view the discussions but, I just can't deal with another log in. Too many security alert problems the last three weeks. Driving the wife crazy.

Bank approves credit card application for those that were not us. Do they not even verify a person is who they say they are any more? Wife stopped that one dead in the tracks. Even said they would not send credit cards and did it anyway.

It feels like there is going to be a fairly low number of large shareholders in this stock from what I am reading. Hopefully many long term holders that have built large portions. I fail to see funds getting many shares without major increases in the numbers of shares. Time will tell.

I forgot to add on prior posts that JPMorgan is also using our app.

They also are going after medical, accountants and law firms.

Aso, our one analyst is showing 7M in profit this year. IMHO they might be low. At any rate if they are correct imagine what next year is going to do with all the airports and credit unions along with other accounts.

Thoughts and comments.

Son in FL has 2k shares and added 300 shares on drop yesterday. He said poof that is nothing when he found out only 2M shares being sold to be able to get to profitability.

I had done research that said there was a good chance that the stop was going to drop to around 1.16. Last Thursday I placed a stink bid for 3k shares at 1.16 good till cancelled. Then on Monday, late in the day, I saw there were only 600 shares ahead of my 3k bid. I called late in the day and added another bid for 5k at the same price GTC.

Tuesday I got up at 11.30 as I had a Dr. apt and thought I better eat early in case they want blood work. It was then I saw the flash crash taking place. Got my shares and now at 10K shares.

Here is what my 20 hours weekend research came up with so new people might learn what is going on at APCX.

Kenny P is on an investment cruise until March 31. Best I recall Bali and not sure if he is hosting or attending the investment cruise.

APCX currently has 500 cites on potential companies using their patents. I researched and found out the average patent takes 22 months for approval. Our all inclusive patent was filed 11/10/22 which means Sept this year will be the 22 month average.

Currently per Luke, NYSE, Visa, Mastercard, Vz, Bank of America, ATT, DoorDash and Uber are using our patents.

They are currently working on adding 40 airports after the recently added Reno airport. They will be looking to add 400 more airports after that.

They are working on adding 2,000 credit unions and look to obtain the other 2,700 credit unions after that.

They intend to keep in house the non banking transactions between Brazil, Mexico and Canada. They might do a special deal with Western Union.

They give the programs free and charge a percent of each of the trillions of transactions.

They are looking to go after casino's , horse racing tracks and cannabis dealers where there are large numbers of transactions.
The cannabis dealers currently can't deposit money in Federal Banks. They can in state banks. They are going after the state banks to let them be able to have ease of transactions.

IMHO this stock, whom my son put me onto, has mega opportunity if they continue to execute here. The lowest float stock, even adding 2m shares, that I am invested in right now.
