Current 8K bad news. Q4 2024 revenues $1,800,000 compared to $4,000,000 Q4 2023, decrease 55%. Net loss Q4 2024 $3,800,000 compared to Q4 2023 $600,000. Estimated revenues 2024 $9,500,000 compared with $15,600,000 2023, decrease of 39%. Net loss 2024 $11,200,000, compared to net loss $2,500,000 2023, decrease 78%. Sales down. Overhead up. Hi Advisors, it is just a matter of a few days until the AMPG 2024 financials come out. There are going to be major losses. Last year they received a non-compliance notice. Then IMO they made up a false story of being a major player in Quantum. Then their stock went up and back into compliance.

The AMPG Quantum Computing LNA’s brochure on their website has been taken down. If the products are real, why did they take the products off their website. IMO, the products don’t exist.

AMPG bought companies that do not complement each other, different customers, higher overhead cost, spread too thin. How can a small salesforce know how to sell all the division’s products. A customer service nightmare.

Hello Advisors, I am going to give my opinion on what is happening. it appears AMPG tries to BS investors every year at this time just before they publish their bad year end numbers. IMO this is total BS as they claim the LOI is from the contract manufacturer in not the end user. Do they think investors are stupid? In this industry, LOI’s do not happen and would never come from a contract manufacturer. If this were real, it would be an actual purchase order from the end user. Not some BS LOI that is not from the customer.
Look at the slimy words that make us all know this is BS: Non-binding, no assurance, If fulfilled, "may" "would" "will" "expect" "estimate" "anticipate" "believe" "intend" and similar expressions and variations. You say they make their own transistors. This is not true. Their MMIC’s are made in Taiwan. AMPG is a fabless design center. You say they have the lowest NF MMIC’s. Again not true. Not even close to true.
None of these products listed below posted on their website for Quantum Computing exist.

I agree with Advisors. Anyone technical can clearly see this is all in my opinion fake stories. Just look at the LNA's. The product looks like technology made 30 years ago. The LNA's have solder pins. Now go look at a superconducting quantum computer. There are no LNA's with solder pins. They say Quantum, 5G, Space, whatever and you non-technical folks believe it. Well IMO it is just not true. Why are their sales down? Because as Advisors said the stories are just smoke and mirrors to raise money and boost the stock price. Why are they losing so much money? Might as well publish a new PR connecting AMPG to AI, OpenAI, ScaleAI, DoD, SpaceX, Cloak of Invisibility, Teleportation, Immortality drugs... hey, I did write a White Paper on "BrainWaves" for Amplitech (before it became publicly traded AMPG) many many years ago which attracted investors from Jedi Mind inc (which went bust, later) back when I was like foool investors today convinced that "sure, we can !" No we CAN'T ! Brainwaves frequencies are under tens of Hertz, Microwave frequencies are >3GHz, the leap from one product to another & in absense of top.notch/PhD kind of Data Analyst/Software engineer & Biology/Neuroscientist in company - is a phantasy ! Then owner goes & hires a Metal Recycling (!!!) business owner as his financial advisor/investor who then... disappears. Then comes Mark Goldstein or whatever name is & some seasoned WallStreet con-artist & some mental patient to "help us" (& messup QuickBooks by the way)

BUT, God bless the past/original company, those were my good years... before hair moved from scalp to face, & Fawad was actually in RFMicrowave LNAamplifiers... not in freezing atoms yo read their quantum states or flying w/Elon Musk in imagisphere

Iam not a di*k, i just love truth to warn investors at this stage, but maybe one day, 50years from now, AMPG will acquire Lockheed Martin + Northrop Grumman combined and become one of Dow's top 50 stocks.
Meanwhile, Iam busy investing into pharma co's vaccines combatting Cow's farts/belching to reduce Climate Change. Ask my buddy Jeff Bezos - he does same, Cow vaccines on Dow (Jones).

This is basically the same story that happened approx. 5 years ago. Amplitech was on the OTC for around $0.03 per share. Amplitech posted the same IMO fake news that the were a major supplier in Quantum. The stock went up to $1. Then they hired Maxim Group and raised over $20 Million to go on NASDAQ. The stock went up to $12. Amplitech made money and Maxim made money. Then the stock went down to $0.80 and most lost money. Amplitech sales are down, they are losing money. So, now they recycled the same IMO fake story, raised another $20 million. The stock goes way up again. Amplitech and Maxim make more money. Then everyone realizes the truth that Amplitech is not a real player in Quantum and the stock goes down again. People lose money but Amplitech gets another $20 Million. This is just wrong

When AMPG shows their year end 2024 sales, and they are down. When the market learns what in my opinion is fake news, that AMPG is not a player in Quantum. If they were a player sales would be up not down. These investors that buy AMPG public offerings at inflated prices are going to be upset.
