The Company is furnishing under Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K the information included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report. The Exhibit is a transcript of the investor call held on October 24, 2019, following the issuance of the press release reflecting the Company’s earnings for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2019. The transcript contains certain information about the Company, the Company’s financial and operating results, competitive position and business strategy and responses to questions posed by market analysts.
