Bouncing shorts around never results in a stable stock , no fundamental reasons for run in stock , just Market Makers continuing to cover each other's positions, pass them around a few times , you see the results. 4 million plus shares traded on a stock with a small float.

Taiwan companes are never scams. Chinese and even Hong Kong comanies, yes. Never Taiwan companies. Their products are great, they are out there making inroads and developing business, and their Short interest is not significant. I've always liked interferon as a medical solution.

Obvious manipulation by market makers , how else does a company with less than 5 million in entire float trade 30 million . Run for the hills.
