Adobe's 1Q Revenue Expectation Falls Short of Analysts' Guidance

Adobe Inc. (ADBE) is expecting revenue for the first quarter of
the fiscal year to be lower than analysts' consensus estimate.
The company said it expects revenue to be $13.15 billion in the
2020 fiscal year. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $13.16
billion. Adobe said it expects digital media segment revenue to
increase 19% and digital experience segment revenue to increase
16%.
It expects fiscal 2020 earnings to be $7.40 a share and adjusted
earnings to $9.75 a share.
Adobe is expecting revenue of $3.04 billion in the first
quarter. Analysts are expecting $3.09 billion.
The company is guiding for earnings to be $1.76 a share and for
adjusted earnings to be $2.23 a share.
