Adobe Inc.'s (ADBE) profit and revenue climbed, with adjusted earnings and revenue beating analysts' consensus estimates.

Net income for the fourth quarter climbed to $851.9 million, up 26% from the comparable quarter a year earlier. Earnings were $1.74 a share, up from $1.37 a share.

Adjusted earnings were $2.29 a share, up from $1.83 a share. Analysts polled by FactSet were expecting $2.26 a share.

Revenue was $2.99 billion, up 21%. Analysts were expecting $2.97 billion.
