Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 28, 2019, at the International Association of Chiefs of Police annual conference in Chicago, Illinois, during a product-focused question and answer session held by representatives of Axon Enterprise, Inc. (the "Company") with analysts and investors, the Company disclosed that it expects to ship approximately 65,000 TASER 7 units during the year ending December 31, 2019. The Company hereby clarifies that this number is a production target for the year ended December 31, 2019, and the actual number of units sold will be a subset of this number. We will discuss shipment expectations for fiscal 2019 in conjunction with our third quarter financial results on November 7, 2019.
