At 5.30 am ET Wednesday, IHS Markit publishes UK flash composite
PMI survey results.
Ahead of the data, the pound held steady against its major
counterparts.
The pound was worth 1.3719 against the greenback, 149.14 against
the yen, 1.2828 against the franc and 0.8628 against the euro at
5:25 am ET.
