Loonie Drops Following Canada Retail Sales

After the release of Canada retail sales for December at 8.30 am
ET Friday, the loonie dropped against its major rivals.
The loonie was trading at 1.3134 against the greenback, 83.41
against the yen, 0.8987 against the aussie and 1.4493 against the
euro around 8:32 am ET.
