Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon Named as SIIA CODiE Award Finalist for Best Artificial Intelligence Enabled Solution
May 17 2019 - 10:12AM
Wolters Kluwer’s Enablon, a global leader in EHS, Risk and
Sustainability Management software, today announced that Enablon AI
for Safe Operations was named a 2019 SIIA CODiE Awards finalist in
the Best Artificial Intelligence Enabled Solution category.
Finalists represent the best products, technologies and services in
software, information and business technology.
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software
and information industries and have been recognizing product
excellence for over 30 years. The awards recognize 76 categories
that are organized by industry focus of education technology and
business technology.
The Enablon AI for Safe Operations software solution empowers
organizations to manage their global safety programs through mobile
event and observation reporting, incident management, investigation
and root cause analysis, action planning and risk assessment. To
unlock hidden insights from safety data and put the right
preventative actions in place, Enablon Safe Operations is powered
by the artificial intelligence capabilities of Enablon Juno and
Enablon Pulse.
Enablon Pulse, the industry’s first out-of-the-box predictive
analytics application, constantly calculates the risk, or the
potential severity and likelihood of an event occurring at a
specific site, based on event and observation data collected. Its
ability to alert a site manager when a risk level changes at any
site in real time is key to preventing incidents and reducing risk.
Enablon Juno, a context-aware assistant, closes the loop by
suggesting specific actions to users based on Natural Language
Processing (NLP) technology. This allows EHS managers to leverage
collective intelligence at every level of the organization, and
mitigate the risk of incidents observed, while spreading best
practices across their operations.
Most innovative
“The 2019 CODiE Award finalists are some of the most innovative,
high-impact products in the market. We are thrilled to place a
spotlight on these innovations and the power they have to transform
the future of how we do business,” said Jeff Joseph, President of
SIIA.
“As a global leader in EHS, Risk and Sustainability Management
software, our mission has always been to help make organizations
more efficient, resilient and sustainable through technology
innovation,” said Taylor Allis, Vice President of Product and
Marketing, Enablon. “The opportunities technology offers today, and
specifically Artificial Intelligence, are game changing to our
customers. AI allows them to go from managing risk and safe
operations to predicting and preventing accidents from
happening in the first place. We are honored to be recognized
by SIIA for our innovation and are committed to continuing
innovating to make the world a better and safer place.”
The SIIA CODiE Awards are the industry's only peer-recognized
awards program. Business technology leaders including senior
executives, analysts, media, consultants and investors evaluate
assigned products during the first-round review which determines
the finalists. SIIA members then vote on the finalist products and
the scores from both rounds are tabulated to select the winners.
Winners will be announced during the Business Technology &
Company CODiE Award Winner Announcement Party immediately following
TechConText, June 12 in San Francisco.
In 2018, Enablon was named a winner by SIIA and received the
CODiE Award for Best Compliance Solution.
