Broadridge Financial Solutions Acquires Appatura Inc.

Broadridge Financial Solutions Inc. (BR) on Tuesday said it
acquired Appatura Inc., a provider of content management and
automated publishing solutions and services, for an undisclosed
amount.
The New York provider of investor communications and technology
solutions it acquired Appatura from Vivendi S.A. (VIV.FR) and other
selling shareholders.
Broadridge said the addition of Appatura's platform and content
management enhances its existing communications solutions for asset
managers and other financial-services clients.
