Schneider Electric SE said Friday that it appointed Christel Heydemann as executive vice-president of Europe operations on May 1.

The energy company said Ms. Heydemann will remain in her position as executive vice-president of France operations until July 1 when she will be replaced by Laurent Bataille.

Ms. Heydemann joined Schneider Electric in 2014 and has been executive vice-president of France operations since April 2017.
