Schneider Electric SE's long-serving Chief Financial Officer
Emmanuel Babeau will leave the French company at the end of April,
the company said on Monday.
After 11 years, Mr Babeau will be replaced by Hilary Maxson, who
has been with the electrical equipment company for three years. Her
appointment will become effective after Schneider's annual general
meeting on April 23.
The company also appointed two new members to its executive
team. Charise Le was named chief human resource officer, effective
April 1, and Peter Weckesser was named chief digital officer,
effective June 1.
Schneider also reshuffled two executives already on its
management team. Olivier Blum will become chief strategy and
sustainability officer, effective April 1, and Herve Coureil will
become chief governance officer and secretary general following the
April 23 AGM.
"Schneider Electric will be moving to a flatter executive
committee structure with a view to reinforce its governance,
accelerate its strategic and digital transformations and increase
the diversity of the executive team," the company said in a
statement.
