Saint-Gobain Targets Zero Carbon Emissions by 2050

Compagnie de Saint-Gobain SA (SGO.FR) said Monday that it
pledges to become carbon neutral by 2050.
The French materials company said that it is joining a group of
high-profile companies--a list that includes Nestle SA (NESN.EB),
L'Oreal SA (LRLCY), AstraZeneca PLC (AZN.LN) and Danone SA
(BN.FR)--which have set carbon-emissions targets compatible with
limiting global temperature increases to 1.5 degrees Celsius above
pre-industrial levels.
