Orange CEO Cleared of Charges in Fraud Case -FT

--Orange Chief Executive Stephane Richard was cleared Tuesday by
the Paris Criminal Court of any wrongdoing for alleged complicity
in fraud in a case dating back to 2008, the Financial Times
reports.
--Mr. Richard's acquittal secures his position at Orange,
according to the FT, which also reports that French Finance
Minister Bruno le Maire called for Mr. Richard to resign from his
position at France's largest telecoms company if convicted.
