--ING Groep (INGA.AE) is planning to sell its remaining stake, worth about $1 billion, in Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (500247.BY), sources familiar with the matter tell BloombergQuint.

--The Dutch banking group owns 3.7% of Kotak according to a filing from September, BloombergQuint says.
