Bouygues SA (EN.FR) will sell a 13% stake in Alstom SA (ALO.FR), it said Wednesday.

Based on Alstom's closing share price on Wednesday of 39.38 euros ($43.49), the deal would be worth roughly EUR1.15 billion.

After the offering, which will take place through an accelerated book building reserved for institutional investors, the French industrial conglomerate's stake in Alstom will stand at 14.7%.
