BNP Paribas Appoints New COOs as Part of Management-Team Shuffle

BNP Paribas SA said Friday that it appointed Thierry Laborde and
Yann Gerardin as chief operating officers, part of wider changes to
its management team in light of the company's 2022-25 strategic
plan.
The French bank said Mr. Laborde will be in charge of retail
banking, while Mr. Gerardin will continue to lead corporate and
institutional banking, or CIB.
Renaud Dumora and Laurent David were appointed deputy COOs, the
company said. The changes will take effect the day after the annual
general meeting scheduled for May 18.
