China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings Ltd. (1848.HK) said Friday it plans to purchase 40 A321neo aircraft from Airbus SE (AIR.FR).

The delivery of the planes will be done in stages up to 2026, China Aircraft Leasing said in a filing to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Financial terms of the purchase weren't disclosed.

China Aircraft Leasing currently operates a fleet of 135 planes.
