Blockchain Foundry Engages Investor Relations Consultant

Blockchain Foundry Inc. (“BCF” or the “Company”) (CSE:BCFN)
(FWB:8BF) (OTC:BLFDF), a leading North American blockchain
development firm, has engaged Grant Galloway (the “Consultant”) to
assist with investor relations activities for an initial term
ending on April 30, 2020.
Pursuant to the engagement, BCF has paid the
Consultant US$10,000 for his services until February 29, 2020. If
the Company continues to retain the services of the Consultant
after February 29, 2020, it will issue US$15,000 in common shares
of BCF on March 1, 2020 and if the Company continues to retain the
services of the Consultant after March 31, 2020 it will issue an
additional US$15,000 in common shares of BCF on April 1, 2020. All
common shares will be issued at the respective 20-day volume
weighted average price of the Company’s common shares. The
agreement may be terminated by the Company at any time without any
further compensation obligations.
