UniCredit Appoints Chief Lending Officer

UniCredit SpA (UCG.MI) said Tuesday that it has appointed
Aurelio Maccario to the role of chief lending officer.
He will take over from Andrea Varese, who will stay on the
executive management committee until the transition is completed on
Feb. 1.
Mr. Maccario joined the Italian bank in 2002 and served in a
variety of roles within the organization, most recently as head of
group regulatory affairs.
