--UniCredit has stopped using Facebook for advertising after saying the social-media giant hasn't acted ethically, Bloomberg reports.

--Chief Executive Jean Pierre Mustier said the Italian bank will not have business relations with Facebook, including advertising and marketing campaigns, according to Bloomberg.
