--French luxury-goods group Kering (KER.FR) has been in exploratory talks with Italy's Moncler SpA (MOV.MI) over a possible combination, Bloomberg reports, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

--There is no certainty that a deal will take place, according to Bloomberg.

--Shares in Moncler rise 11%, while Kering is up 1.1%.
