Exor Invests $200 Million in Ride-Share Company Via

Exor NV said Monday that it signed an agreement to invest $200
million to acquire 8.87% in ride-share company Via Transportation
Inc. on a fully-diluted basis.
The company said the transaction, which is subject to antitrust
approval, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of the
year.
Exor also said Noam Ohana would join the board of Via and become
a director of the company.
