Heads up, keep an eye on metals silver/lead/Zinc all at multi year highs and Peso going up and 2nd half of year is copper/silver with the Honey hole being one, so just keep an eye, this undervalued thing is getting it's track shoes on. Decent announcement this morning that has not really created any excitement today. I guess I am one of a few believers in this stock.

Well Biden looked bad again on this last trip. More fodder for a terrible economy over here I should think. People better start thinking about what they should do with their retirement savings. Keeping traditional everyday stocks looks to be a thing of the past at least for the next 2 years.THIS IS ALL MY OPINION AND SHOULD NOT BE USED TO MAKE ANY MONETARY DECISIONS ON YOUR PART. I am just thinking out loud. Gold and Silver has always been the way to go when in doubt. Buying gold directly is not for the average person. Silver is a better choice but buying either directly is a tricky thing and not for the non investor. Think of all the things silver is used in commercially ONE BIGGY IS BATTERIES OF ALL KINDS. Silver is in short supply therefore prices will rise. Therefore miners will make more therefore mining companies who are public companies stock prices "SHOULD" rise. Copper is another to watch. Copper piping prices are through the roof.

As a new shareholder I am thinking that with our economy tanking and does not look that it will improve if any while our current president is in charge this stock should be promising. I enjoy playing in the penny stocks (anything under a dollar a share.) USAS looks favorable if it continues to succeed in what it is set up to do. Since I am not one to purchase gold or silver directly this is the next best thing.

AMC Theatres (AMC) Enters Gold and Silver Mining
AMC to buy 22% stake in Hycroft Mining (HYMC)

AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC), the leading operator of movie theaters worldwide, has announced it is buying a 22% stake in Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (HYMC), including the 71,000-acre Hycroft Mine in northern Nevada. According to independent third-party studies cited by AMC, the Hycroft Mine has some 15 million ounces of gold deposits and some 600 million ounces of silver deposits. AMC also will receive an additional 23.4 million warrants in Hycroft at $1.07 per share.1

Making an investment equal to AMC's is Eric Sprott, a leading gold and silver investor. Combined, AMC and Sprott are investing $56 million. AMC will obtain the right to appoint a member of Hycroft's board of directors.1

The units are priced at $1.193, which complies with the minimum bid price required by Nasdaq for an at-the-market purchase. Each purchase warrant is exercisable for one common share of Hycroft at a price of $1.068 per share and will carry a five-year term from the date of issuance. The closing of the private placement is expected to occur on or about March 15, 2022.1

Views From AMC and Hycroft
Adam Aron, chairman and CEO of AMC Entertainment, stated in a press release: “Our strategic investment being announced today is the result of our having identified a company in an unrelated industry that appears to be just like AMC of a year ago. It, too, has rock-solid assets, but for a variety of reasons, it has been facing a severe and immediate liquidity issue. Its share price has been knocked low as a result. We are confident that our involvement can greatly help it to surmount its challenges — to its benefit, and to ours.”1

Later in the press release, Aron said: “... one would not normally think that a movie theatre company’s core competency includes gold or silver mining. In recent years, however, AMC Entertainment has had enormous success and demonstrated expertise in ... the raising of capital, and strengthening of balance sheets, as well as communicating with individual retail investors. It is all that experience and skill that we bring to the table to assist the talented mining professionals at Hycroft.”1


For Hycroft, the only way to go is up. The stock has been in the bearish zone, down 70% over the last year, even with the bump it got from the AMC and Sprott investments. Aron believes his company's involvement will help Hycroft navigate its liquidity issues.1

Market Reaction
By late morning on March 15, 2022, shares of AMC were up by about .5%, while shares of Hycroft had gained about 13%. Both stocks, however, had drifted down from larger gains immediately after the opening.

This is Keith Neumeyer of First Majestic at Global Metals and Mining Conference. He has a short term target of $30 silver and long term triple digit view. Getting over $30 in 2022 would most likely get USAS over $2.

Hey Pro-Life - $600 an ounce sounds great - I’ll be elated to see $60. That should be enough to spike USAS past their old highs. The stage is set - curious to watch it all play out - ENJOY!

Hahah yeah that story definitely checks out. I had a couple of miners in the mid 2000s go to zero so i learned a bit there. Theres a right time to enter precisely us metal equities and thats when they are multi year lows and their product is at multi year high going to probably go higher. Not happy with the amount of shares i have with USAS but hey theres plenty of other good picks!

Here's an interesting story. I invest money for a family member and I had them in Vanguard Precious Metals & Mining fund. The fund did so badly for many years they changed the name to Vanguard Global Capital Cycles fund (VGPMX) and now the fund is required to hold a minimum of 25% in precious metals and the rest is invested in "safer" utilities and telecom.

Bottom line: if you are looking for some high quality names that have been vetted check them out
