VIZSLA SILVER TO ACQUIRE LARGE CLAIM PACKAGE ALONG HIGHLY PROSPECTIVE STRUCTURAL TREND, SOUTH OF PANUCO

Vancouver, British Columbia (April 16, 2024) – Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) (“Vizsla Silver” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire two large claims comprising 10,667.0 Ha (the “El Richard – San Enrique claims” or “San Enrique prospect”) located south and partially adjacent to the Company’s Panuco project (the “Panuco Project” or “Panuco”). The San Enrique prospect is situated along the highly prospective Panuco – San Dimas corridor and is covered 100% with LiDAR and partially covered with high-resolution aero-magnetic and radiometric surveys.

Highlights

Large property package comprised of 10,667 Ha just south of Panuco (almost 50% larger than Panuco).
The area is covered with a LiDAR survey and partially covered (~60%) with high-resolution air magnetic and radiometric surveys.
The prospect contains dome complexes and covers the SE extensions of the NW trending Copala fault and Cordon del Oro - Animas veins.
Preliminary recognizance mapping in the NE has identified favourable andesite lithologies, quartz veining and breccias.
The area has never been systematically mapped and prospected.
Vizsla Silver has agreed to issue to the seller US$650,000 in common shares.

“Vizsla Silver continues to expand its land position in the Sinaloa Silver Belt with the acquisition of the San Enrique prospect,” stated Michael Konnert, President, and CEO. “These claims are located southeast along trend from several of our existing mineralised vein corridors, including the high grade Copala structure and they add significant exploration upside potential to Vizsla’s growing portfolio of projects. With preliminary geophysics and LiDAR complete, we intend to move forward with regional recognizance-mapping and a stream-sediment geochemical survey to aid in ongoing drill targeting. Although Vizsla Silver remains committed to the near-term development of the advanced-stage Panuco-Copala district, this acquisition combined with the recently announced La Garra acquisition, further positions Vizsla Silver as a globally significant silver explorer-developer, with the potential to build a multi-generational asset base in Mexico.”

Figure 2. Geology of the silver-gold-rich Panuco – San Dimas corridor.
Figure 3. Map showing the San Enrique prospect with high resolution aero-mag overlain on top of the LiDAR terrain model.

About the San Enrique prospect

The San Enrique prospect area is adjacent to the southern boundary of the Panuco project. The prospect comprises two titled mining claims covering 10,667.0 Ha (El Richard with 3,688.6 Ha and San Enrique with 6,978.4 Ha) in the emerging silver-gold-rich Panuco – San Dimas corridor with estimated past production plus current resources and reserves of 1.2-Boz Ag and 15-Moz Au (Figure 2).

The LiDAR and mag survey from the San Enrique prospect show strong NW-trending lineaments, indicative of regional faults and fractures. Two of these lineaments are aligned and seem to be the SE extensions of the Copala fault and the Cordon del Oro - Animas vein structures in Panuco (Figure 3). The main lithologies identified to date are predominantly rhyolite domes which produce strong magnetic anomalies in the north, and felsic flows and tuffs (rhyolites and dacites). Recent 40Ar/39Ar age dating on adularia separates from veins in Panuco project indicates that epithermal mineralization post dates felsic volcanism in the area. Additionally, preliminary recognizance mapping in the northeast has revealed the presence of andesite tuffs and flows, quartz veining and breccia structures. The Santa Fe mine is located three kilometres south of San Enrique, is owned and operated by Inca Azteca Gold and is a small scale mine producing high-grade silver and gold from a NW trending epithermal vein. This supports the hypothesis that the NW trending structures within San Enrique have the potential to host additional veins yet to be discovered.

The San Enrique prospect contains several indicators that suggest it is a highly prospective area, namely: location (Panuco – San Dimas corridor), high-grade deposits immediately north (Copala and Panuco), structural controls (southeast extensions of the Copala fault and Cordon - Animas lineament), domes and an operating mine to the south along another NW regional fault (Santa Fe mine, Inca Azteca).

Vizsla Silver is in the process of acquiring a multispectral World View III satellite image covering the whole Panuco and San Enrique claims to speed up the target generation process. Furthermore, the Company intends to conduct regional recognizance-mapping and a stream-sediment geochemical survey at San Enrique in the near future.

Terms of the Acquisition

The Company entered into an asset purchase agreement (the “Acquisition Agreement”) dated March 5, 2024, with Inca Azteca Gold S.A.P.I. de C.V. (the “Seller”) and the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Minera Canam, S.A. de C.V. (“Minera Canam”) pursuant to which the Company agreed to acquire, through Minera Canam, all of the Seller’s right, title and interest in and to the mineral concessions (the “Acquisition”).

Pursuant to the Acquisition Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue an aggregate of US$650,000 in common shares in the capital of the Company, at the exchange rate and market price applicable on the effective date (collectively, the “Consideration Shares”) plus any applicable value added tax to the Seller. The Consideration Shares are subject to a four-month hold period pursuant to applicable Canadian securities laws and the Seller has agreed to voluntary resale restrictions, whereby 12.5% of the Consideration Shares will become free trading on the date that is four months and one day from the effective date and an additional 12.5% will become free trading every three months thereafter.

About the Panuco Project

The newly consolidated Panuco silver-gold project is an emerging high-grade discovery located in southern Sinaloa, Mexico, near the city of Mazatlán. The 17,856.5-hectare, past producing district benefits from over 86 kilometres of total vein extent, 35 kilometres of underground mines, roads, power, and permits.

The district contains intermediate to low sulfidation epithermal silver and gold deposits related to siliceous volcanism and crustal extension in the Oligocene and Miocene. Host rocks are mainly continental volcanic rocks correlated to the Tarahumara Formation.

On January 8, 2024, the Company announced an updated mineral resource estimate for Panuco which includes an estimated in-situ indicated mineral resource of 155.8 Moz AgEq and an in-situ inferred resource of 169.6 Moz AgEq.

About Vizsla Silver

Vizsla Silver is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, focused on advancing its flagship, 100%-owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico. To date, Vizsla Silver has completed over 350,000 metres of drilling at Panuco leading to the discovery of several new high-grade veins. For 2024, Vizsla Silver has budgeted +65,000 metres of resource/discovery-based drilling designed to upgrade and expand the mineral resource, as well as test other high priority targets across the district.

Qualified Person

In accordance with NI 43-101, Jesus Velador, Ph.D. MMSA QP., Vice President of Exploration, is the Qualified Person for the Company and has reviewed and approved the technical and scientific content of this news release.

Information Concerning Estimates of Mineral Resources

The scientific and technical information in this news release was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 which differs significantly from the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”). The terms "measured mineral resource", "indicated mineral resource" and "inferred mineral resource" used herein are in reference to the mining terms defined in the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Standards (the “CIM Definition Standards”), which definitions have been adopted by NI 43-101. Accordingly, information contained herein providing descriptions of our mineral deposits in accordance with NI 43-101 may not be comparable to similar information made public by other U.S. companies subject to the United States federal securities laws and the rules and regulations thereunder.

You are cautioned not to assume that any part or all of mineral resources will ever be converted into reserves. Pursuant to CIM Definition Standards, “inferred mineral resources” are that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence and sampling. Such geological evidence is sufficient to imply but not verify geological and grade or quality continuity. An inferred mineral resource has a lower level of confidence than that applying to an indicated mineral resource and must not be converted to a mineral reserve. However, it is reasonably expected that the majority of inferred mineral resources could be upgraded to indicated mineral resources with continued exploration. Under Canadian rules, estimates of inferred mineral resources may not form the basis of feasibility or pre-feasibility studies, except in rare cases. Investors are cautioned not to assume that all or any part of an inferred mineral resource is economically or legally mineable. Disclosure of “contained ounces” in a resource is permitted disclosure under Canadian regulations; however, the SEC normally only permits issuers to report mineralization that does not constitute “reserves” by SEC standards as in place tonnage and grade without reference to unit measures.

Canadian standards, including the CIM Definition Standards and NI 43-101, differ significantly from standards in the SEC Industry Guide 7. Effective February 25, 2019, the SEC adopted new mining disclosure rules under subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “SEC Modernization Rules”), with compliance required for the first fiscal year beginning on or after January 1, 2021. The SEC Modernization Rules replace the historical property disclosure requirements included in SEC Industry Guide 7. As a result of the adoption of the SEC Modernization Rules, the SEC now recognizes estimates of “measured mineral resources”, “indicated mineral resources” and “inferred mineral resources”. Information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced herein may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according to U.S. standards. While the SEC Modernization Rules are purported to be “substantially similar” to the CIM Definition Standards, readers are cautioned that there are differences between the SEC Modernization Rules and the CIM Definitions Standards. Accordingly, there is no assurance any mineral resources that the Company may report as “measured mineral resources”, “indicated mineral resources” and “inferred mineral resources” under NI 43-101 would be the same had the Company prepared the resource estimates under the standards adopted under the SEC Modernization Rules.

VANCOUVER, BC, March 27, 2024 /CNW/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla Silver" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has executed an arrangement agreement with Vizsla Royalties Corp. ("Vizsla Royalties"), whereby the business of the Company will be reorganized into two companies by way of a plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Vizsla Silver shareholders will vote on the Arrangement at a special meeting of shareholders ("Meeting") to be held on a date to be announced. To be effective, the Arrangement must be approved by a special resolution passed by at least 66?% of the votes cast by Vizsla Silver shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting, which shareholders are entitled to one vote for each Vizsla Silver share held.

Vizsla Silver Corp. logo (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)
Vizsla Silver Corp. logo (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)
The Arrangement involves, among other things, the distribution of common shares (the "Vizsla Royalties Shares") and warrants of Vizsla Royalties (the "Vizsla Royalties Warrants") to Vizsla Silver shareholders such that each shareholder as of a particular date, immediately prior to closing of the transaction (the "Record Date") will receive 1/3 of a Vizsla Royalties Share and 1/3 of a Vizsla Royalties Warrant for each common share of Vizsla Silver (the "Vizsla Silver Shares") held as of the Record Date. Vizsla Silver warrants will also be adjusted and Vizsla Silver options will be replaced pursuant to the Arrangement as described in more detail in the information circular ("Circular") that will be mailed to shareholders prior to the Meeting.

After careful consideration, the Board of Directors has unanimously determined that the Arrangement is fair to shareholders and is in the best interests of the Company. A description of the various factors considered by the Board of Directors in arriving at this determination will be provided in the Circular.

ATM Program

The Company also announces that it has entered into an equity distribution agreement (the "Distribution Agreement") with Canaccord Genuity Corp. ("Canaccord Genuity") and filed a Prospectus Supplement (as defined below) in respect of an at-the-market equity program (the "ATM Program").

The ATM Program allows the Company to issue and sell up to C$50,000,000 of Vizsla Silver Shares from treasury to the public, from time to time, through Canaccord Genuity, at the Company's discretion and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Distribution Agreement. All Vizsla Silver Shares issued under the ATM Program will be sold in transactions that are deemed to be "at-the-market distributions" as defined in National Instrument 44-102 – Shelf Distributions, including sales made directly on the TSX Venture Exchange or on any other "marketplace" (as defined in National Instrument 21-101 – Marketplace Operation) in Canada, and/or any other method permitted by applicable law, at the prevailing market price at the time of sale and, as such, prices may vary among purchasers during the period of the ATM Program.

"It is prudent for Vizsla Silver to have an ATM Program available for optionality," commented Michael Konnert, President & CEO. "The Company never utilized the ATM that it had in place from April 2021 until March 2023. The Company does not expect to use the ATM Program in the regular course of business."

The ATM Program is intended to provide the Company with additional financing flexibility should it be required in the future. The volume and timing of distributions under the ATM Program, if any, will be determined in the Company's sole discretion. Distributions of the Vizsla Silver Shares under the ATM Program will be made pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Distribution Agreement.

The ATM Program will be effective until the earlier of the date on which (i) the issuance and sale of all of the Vizsla Silver Shares issuable pursuant to the ATM Program have been completed, and (ii) the receipt issued for the Shelf Prospectus (as defined below) ceases to be effective, unless earlier terminated prior to such date by the Company or Canaccord Genuity in accordance with the terms of the Distribution Agreement. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the ATM Program, if any, for general corporate purposes and working capital needs. The Company will pay Canaccord Genuity a cash fee equal to 3% of the gross proceeds of Vizsla Silver Shares sold under the Distribution Agreement.

The offering of Vizsla Silver Shares under the ATM Program is qualified by a prospectus supplement dated March 26, 2024 (the "Prospectus Supplement") to the short form base shelf prospectus dated March 31, 2023 (the "Shelf Prospectus"), which were each filed with the applicable securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories in Canada. The Distribution Agreement, the Prospectus Supplement and the Shelf Prospectus are available on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval + website at www.sedarplus.ca. Alternatively, Canaccord Genuity will send copies of the Distribution Agreement, the Prospectus Supplement and the Shelf Prospectus upon request by contacting Canaccord Genuity at: Canaccord Genuity Corp., Suite 2100, 40 Temperance Street, Toronto, Ontario M5H 0B4 or by email at ecm@cgf.com.

This news release does not constitute an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy the Vizsla Silver Shares, nor shall there be any sale of the Vizsla Silver Shares in any province, state or jurisdiction in which such an offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification under the securities laws of any such province, state or jurisdiction.

VIZSLA SILVER AGREES TO ACQUIRE NEWLY CONSOLIDATED PAST-PRODUCING SILVER DISTRICT IN THE EMERGING SILVER-GOLD-RICH PANUCO - SAN DIMAS CORRIDOR IN MEXICO
PR Newswire
Thu, Mar 28, 2024, 9:42 AM EDT17 min read

VANCOUVER, BC, March 28, 2024 /PRNewswire/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla Silver" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the past-producing La Garra-Metates district (the "La Garra-Metates District" or "La Garra") situated in the heart of the silver-gold-rich Panuco – San Dimas corridor. Reconnaissance work conducted by Vizsla Silver's geologists shows the presence of at least two vein systems with respective strike lengths of 2.6 km and 1.8 km carrying significant silver and gold grades.

Highlights

Large property package at 16,962 Ha (more than 2x the area of the Company's Panuco project (the "Panuco Project")).

While this district has seen past production dating back centuries, the La Garra-Metates District has seen minimal exploration and no drilling.

Vizsla Silver's sampling demonstrated multi-kilo silver equivalent grades over several kilometers of strike.

Epithermal vein systems trending N-NNW in a geological setting akin that of the Panuco Project and First Majestics Silver Corp.'s San Dimas project ("San Dimas").

Potential for high-grade shoots along-strike and at depth on two known vein systems with estimated strike length of 2.6 km and 1.8 km, respectively.

Significant potential to discover new veins given the underexplored nature of the district.

The La Garra-Metates District has been acquired for less than 3% of Vizsla Silver's market capitalization.

"Vizsla Silver has agreed to acquire another highly prospective precious metals rich district in the Sinaloa Silver Belt, marking the first time that the La Garra-Metates District has ever been in a public company." Stated Michael Konnert, President, and CEO. "The consolidation and acquisition of a vastly under-explored, past-producing district in the state of Sinaloa is an excellent addition to our portfolio and demonstrates our strength in the region. Similar to our flagship Panuco Project, which represents one of the largest, undeveloped, high-grade silver primary assets globally, La Garra hosts sub-vertical structures reminiscent of Vizsla Silver's Napoleon vein, as well as flat-lying structures like Copala. Additionally, the La Garra-Metates District is located ~32 kilometers to the south of First Majestic Silver's San Dimas Mine, a prolific precious metals producer and is one of nine billion-ounce silver equivalent districts in Mexico. Vizsla Silver has a long-term view of its role in the silver industry and within this region of Mexico. We believe we have the potential to build a multi-generational asset base and become a globally significant producer of silver in Sinaloa. While Vizsla Silver's focus continues to be to develop the Panuco-Copala district while exploring for new centers of high-grade mineralization, this acquisition allows for new major discoveries in the future and a growing pipeline of potential production as we continue to generate a dominant footprint in this emerging, but globally significant silver-belt."

About the Panuco project

The newly consolidated Panuco silver-gold project is an emerging high-grade discovery located in southern Sinaloa, Mexico, near the city of Mazatlán. The 7,189.5 hectare, past producing district benefits from over 86 kilometres of total vein extent, 35 kilometres of underground mines, roads, power, and permits.

The indicated mineral resource is estimated at 9.5 million tonnes ("Mt") grading 289 grams per tonne ("g/t") silver, 2.41 g/t gold, 0.27% lead, and 0.84% zinc (511 g/t silver equivalent). The mineral resource estimate includes indicated mineral resources of 88.2 million ounces ("Moz") of silver, 736 thousand ounces ("koz") of gold, 25.4 kilotonnes ("kt") of lead, and 79.9 kt of zinc (155.8 Moz AgEq). The inferred mineral resource is estimated at 12.2 Mt grading 239 g/t silver, 1.93 g/t gold, 0.29% lead, and 1.03% zinc (433 g/t AgEq). The mineral resource estimate includes inferred mineral resources of 93.7 Moz of silver, 758 koz of gold, 35.4 kt of lead, and 125.3 kt of zinc (169.6 Moz AgEq). Silver equivalent is calculated using the following formula: AgEq = Ag ppm + (((Au ppm x Au price/gram) + (Pb% x Pb price/t) + (Zn% x Zn price/t))/Ag price/gram). Metal price assumptions are $24.00/oz silver, $1,800/oz gold, $2,425/t lead and $2,976/t zinc.

About the Panuco Project

The newly consolidated Panuco silver-gold project is an emerging high-grade discovery located in southern Sinaloa, Mexico, near the city of Mazatlán. The 7,189.5-hectare, past producing district benefits from over 86 kilometres of total vein extent, 35 kilometres of underground mines, roads, power, and permits.

The district contains intermediate to low sulfidation epithermal silver and gold deposits related to siliceous volcanism and crustal extension in the Oligocene and Miocene. Host rocks are mainly continental volcanic rocks correlated to the Tarahumara Formation.

On January 8, 2024, the Company announced an updated mineral resource estimate for Panuco (the “Updated Mineral Resource”). The Updated Mineral Resource includes an estimated in-situ indicated mineral resource of 155.8 Moz AgEq and an in-situ inferred resource of 169.6 Moz AgEq. An updated technical report is being prepared on the updated Mineral Resource Estimate in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects and will be available on the Company’s website and SEDAR within 45 days of the date of announcement of the Updated Mineral Resource.

For 2024, Vizsla Silver is focused on de-risking the resource base located in the western portion of the district ahead of a development decision. Additionally, Vizsla Silver has budgeted +65,000 metres of resource/discovery-based drilling designed to upgrade and expand the Project's mineral resource, as well as test other high priority targets across the district.

VIZSLA SILVER TO SPIN OUT NET SMELTER
ROYALTY TO SHAREHOLDERS
Vancouver, British Columbia (January 17, 2024) – Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) (“Vizsla Silver” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce its intention to spin out the shares of Vizsla Royalties Corp. (“Vizsla Royalties”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vizsla Silver, to the Company’s shareholders (the “Spinout”). Vizsla Royalties currently holds, indirectly, a net smelter royalty (the “Royalty”) on any potential future mineral production at Vizsla Silver’s flagship, 100% owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico (the “Project” or “Panuco”).

The Royalty consists of: (i) a 2.0% net smelter return royalty on certain unencumbered concessions comprising the Project; and (ii) a 0.5% net smelter return royalty on certain encumbered concessions comprising the Project which have a pre-existing 3.0% net smelter return royalty (the “Underlying Royalty”).

Vizsla Silver is also expected to: (i) transfer to Vizsla Royalties the right to purchase one-half of the 3% Underlying Royalty; (ii) grant Vizsla Royalties the right to acquire a royalty on any future projects acquired by Vizsla Silver in the 24-month period after completion of the Spinout, which right would automatically terminate upon a change of control of Vizsla Royalties or Vizsla Silver and (iii) make a cash injection into Vizsla Royalties.

It is expected that the Spinout will be completed pursuant to a plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). The Spinout would be subject to shareholder, court, stock exchange and regulatory approvals, as well as, at management’s continued discretion. Pursuant to the Spinout, common shares of Vizsla Royalties would be distributed to shareholders of Vizsla Silver. Vizsla Silver is expected to hold approximately a 49% ownership interest in Vizsla Royalties, with the remaining shares of Vizsla Royalties being distributed to shareholders of Vizsla Silver on a pro-rata basis at a time to be determined by the board of directors of Vizsla Silver. There will be no change in shareholders’ holdings in Vizsla Silver as a result of the Spinout.

Subsequent to completion of the Spinout, the board of directors of Vizsla Royalties (the “Vizsla Royalties Board”) may decide to pursue a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange if and when the Vizsla Royalties Board determines it is in the best interests of the Vizsla Royalties shareholders. It is expected that, at the time Vizsla Royalties pursues a listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, a majority of the members of its management team and the Vizsla Royalties Board will be independent of Vizsla Silver.

Additional details regarding the Spinout, including the proposed record date, will be provided as they become available. There is no certainty Vizsla Silver will proceed with the Spinout.

Shareholders are invited to contact Vizsla Silver via email at info@vizslasilver.ca for additional information regarding the Spinout.

VIZSLA SILVER ANNOUNCES SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN CONTAINED OUNCES AND INCREASE IN GRADE OF INDICATED CATEGORY TO 551 G/T AGEQ IN UPDATED MINERAL RESOURCES ESTIMATE
Vancouver, British Columbia (January 8, 2024) – Vizsla Silver Corp. (NYSE: VZLA) (TSX-V: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) (“Vizsla Silver” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce an updated mineral resource estimate (“Updated Mineral Resource Estimate”) for its flagship, 100% owned Panuco silver-gold project (the “Project” or “Panuco”) located in Sinaloa, Mexico. The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate was completed by Allan Armitage, Ph.D., P.Geo., of SGS Geological Services.

Highlights of the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate, including a comparison to the previous mineral resource estimate released in January 2023:
48.7% increase in indicated mineral resources from 104.8 to 155.8 Moz AgEq
48.7% increase in inferred mineral resources from 114.1 to 169.6 Moz AgEq
17% increase in average indicated mineral resource grade from 437 to 511 g/t AgEq
New addition of La Luisa containing 4.0 Moz AgEq indicated and 25.3 Moz AgEq of Inferred Resources
Key Statistics:
The Updated Mineral Resource represents less than 10% of the known vein strike of the newly consolidated district
90% of the value of the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate is comprised of precious metals, including 56% from silver
A total of 11 epithermal veins were included in the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate
Total all-in exploration cost of US$0.32/oz AgEq discovered
Indicated Mineral Resources are estimated at 9.5 million tonnes (“Mt”) grading 289 grams per tonne (“g/t”) silver, 2.41 g/t gold, 0.27% lead, and 0.84% zinc (511 g/t silver equivalent (“AgEq”)). The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate includes indicated mineral resources of 88.2 million ounces (“Moz”) of silver, 736 thousand ounces (“koz”) of gold, 25.4 kilotonnes (“kt”) of lead, and 79.9 kt of zinc (155.8 Moz AgEq).

Inferred Mineral Resources are estimated at 12.2 Mt grading 239 g/t silver, 1.93 g/t gold, 0.29% lead, and 1.03% zinc (433 g/t AgEq). The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate includes inferred mineral resources of 93.7 Moz of silver, 758 koz of gold, 35.4 kt of lead, and 125.3 kt of zinc (169.6 Moz AgEq).

The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate is centred on the western portion of Panuco, encompassing ~8 km of the known 86 km of cumulative vein strike in the district. The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate includes 178 new infill/expansion holes (100,222 metres) completed by Vizsla Silver between September 2022 and September 2023. In total, the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate is based on a total drill database of 822 holes (302,931 metres) completed by Vizsla Silver since November 2019.
“We are pleased to announce another significant resource update milestone for the high-grade Panuco silver gold district,” commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. “Although substantial, this update represents only a moment in time at the Project, as drills continue to turn in 2024.”

“The Project’s indicated resource now stands at 88 million ounces of silver and 736 thousand ounces of gold, while the inferred resource contains 94 million ounces of silver and 758 thousand ounces of gold. This represents a 49% increase in both indicated and inferred ounces and a 17% increase in indicated grade relative to the previous estimate. Resource focused drilling throughout 2023 was successful in converting almost half of the January 2023 inferred resource to the indicated category while exploration drilling added new resources at both Copala and Napoleon. The bulk of this year’s resource growth came from the Napoleon Area, largely driven by the inclusion of La Luisa, which added an additional 25Moz AgEq in inferred mineralization.”

“What’s most impressive is that although we continue to expand the Project’s mineral inventory year after year, our current resource still accounts for less than 10% of the known veins we have in the district. Going forward, we will focus on de-risking and advancing the high-grade resource in the west towards development, taking advantage of the Project’s incredible infrastructure, while simultaneously hunting for the next epicenter of mineralization in the central and eastern portions of the district. This is an outstanding achievement that comes as a result of hard work and perseverance. I want to thank everyone from the entire Vizsla team, including our contractors and local communities, and look forward to another successful year in 2024.”
Vizsla Silver will be hosting a webcast to discuss the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate at 10:00am PT on Thursday, January 11th, 2024. To register, please click here.

A technical report is being prepared on the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (“NI-43-101”) and will be available on the Company’s website and SEDAR within 45 days of the date of this release. The effective date of the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate is September 1, 2023.

All figures are rounded to reflect the relative accuracy of the estimate and numbers may not add due to rounding.
All mineral resources are presented undiluted and in situ, constrained by continuous 3D wireframe models, and are considered to have reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction.
Mineral resources are not mineral reserves. Mineral resources which are not mineral reserves, do not have demonstrated economic viability. An Inferred Mineral Resource has a lower level of confidence than that applying to an Indicated Mineral Resource and must not be converted to a Mineral Reserve. It is reasonably expected that the majority of Inferred Mineral Resources could be upgraded to Indicated Mineral Resources with continued exploration.
The database comprises a total of 822 drill holes for 302,931 metres of drilling completed by Vizsla Silver between November 2019 and September 2023.
The mineral resource estimate is based on 28 three-dimensional (“3D”) resource models, constructed in Leapfrog, representing the Napoleon area (15 wireframes), the Copala area (7 wireframes), Tajitos (1 wireframe), Animas (5 wireframes) and San Antonio (1 wireframe).
Silver, gold, lead and zinc were estimated for each mineralization domain in the Panuco Project. Blocks within each mineralized domain were interpolated using 1.5 metre capped composites assigned to that domain. To generate grade within the blocks, the inverse distance squared (ID2) interpolation method was used for all domains. All estimates are based on variable block dimensions (by deposit area) and estimation search parameters (by domain).
Average density values were assigned per zone based on 1,919 samples analysed by ALS in Zacatecas, Mexico or inhouse with 5% checks by ALS.
It is envisioned that the Panuco Project deposits may be mined using underground mining methods. Mineral resources are reported at a base case cut-off grade of 150 g/t AgEq. The mineral resources grade blocks were quantified above the base case cut-off grade, below surface and within the constraining mineralized wireframes.
The base-case AgEq Cut-off grade considers metal prices of $24.00/oz Ag, $1800/oz Au, $2425/t Pb and $2976/t Zn and considers metal recoveries of 93% for silver, 90% for gold, 94% for Pb and 94% for Zn.
The base case cut-off grade of 150 g/t AgEq considers a mining cost of US$45.00/t rock and processing, treatment and refining, transportation and G&A cost of US$50.00/t of mineralized material.
The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate may be materially affected by environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, socio-political, marketing, or other relevant issues.
The Company remains well-funded for its ongoing +65,000 metre 2024 drill program with four drill rigs designed to upgrade and expand the Project’s resource base and test high priority targets located in the west, central and eastern areas of the district. Dependent on ongoing exploration success, the Company plans to publish a further update to the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate in the second half of 2024.

Discovery Costs

To date, the Company has incurred an aggregate of approximately US$103.0 million in exploration expenditures over the life of the Project. This equates to an estimated discovery cost per silver equivalent ounce of US$0.32 for resources defined in the Updated Mineral Resource Estimate.

The district contains intermediate to low sulfidation epithermal silver and gold deposits related to siliceous volcanism and crustal extension in the Oligocene and Miocene. Host rocks are mainly continental volcanic rocks correlated to the Tarahumara Formation.

About Vizsla Silver

Vizsla Silver is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, focused on advancing its flagship, 100%-owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico. To date, Vizsla Silver has completed over 310,000 metres of drilling at Panuco leading to the discovery of several new high-grade veins. For 2024, Vizsla Silver is focused on de-risking the resource base located in the western portion of the district ahead of a development decision. Additionally, Vizsla has budgeted +65,000 metres of resource/discovery-based drilling designed to upgrade and expand the Project’s mineral resource, as well as test other high priority targets across the district.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Drill core and rock samples were shipped to ALS Limited in Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico and in North Vancouver, Canada for sample preparation and for analysis at the ALS laboratory in North Vancouver. Silver and base metals were analyzed using a four-acid digestion with an ICP finish and gold was assayed by 30-gram fire assay with atomic absorption (“AA”) spectroscopy finish. Over limit analyses for silver, lead and zinc were re-assayed using an ore-grade four-acid digestion with AA finish.

Control samples comprising certified reference samples, duplicates and blank samples were systematically inserted into the sample stream and analyzed as part of the Company’s quality assurance / quality control protocol.

Qualified Person

The Updated Mineral Resource Estimate was completed by Allan Armitage, Ph.D., P.Geo., of SGS Geological Services. Mr. Armitage is an independent Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Armitage has reviewed and approved the technical contents of this news release.

You are cautioned not to assume that any part or all of the mineral resources will ever be converted into reserves.

The SEC adopted new mining disclosure rules Pursuant to subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “SEC Modernization Rules”). As a result of the adoption of the SEC Modernization Rules, the SEC now recognizes estimates of “measured mineral resources”, “indicated mineral resources” and “inferred mineral resources”. As an eligible issuer under the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System the Company is exempt from compliance with the SEC Modernization Rules and information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced herein may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according tothe SEC Modernization Rules.

VIZSLA SILVER REPORTS ADDITIONAL HIGH-GRADE INTERCEPTS
ON THE COPALA AND COPALA 2 STRUCTURES
Vancouver, British Columbia (November 27, 2023) – Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA)
(Frankfurt: 0G3) (“Vizsla” or the “Company”) is pleased to report new drill results from 22 expansion and
infill holes targeting the Copala resource area at its 100%-owned, flagship Panuco silver-gold project
("Panuco" or the "Project") located in Mexico. The reported results have successfully expanded Copala
mineralization by ~100m to the southeast and identified new vein splays situated in-between Copala and
the high-grade Cristiano structure.
Highlights
• CS-23-304 returned 1,722 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) over 2.80 metres true
width (mTW) (1,366 g/t silver and 6.80 g/t gold)
o Including 6,618 g/t AgEq over 0.55 mTW (5,320 g/t silver and 25.20 g/t gold)
• CS-23-300 returned 724 g/t AgEq over 3.10 mTW (519 g/t silver and 3.57 g/t gold)
o Including 1,749 g/t AgEq over 1.00 mTW (1,255 g/t silver and 8.61 g/t gold)
“Resource expansion drilling at Copala, both to the north and southeast, continue to highlight a robust
precious metals structure well beyond the January 2023 resource boundary,” commented Michael
Konnert, President & CEO. “New step out drilling has extended the total mineralized strike length of Copala
by approximately 100 metres to the south and it remains open in both directions. Additionally, drilling has
confirmed the continuity of the high-grade Copala 2 vein located between Tajitos and Copala main which
now measures a total of 600 metres in mineralized strike. Moving forward, we intend to continue infilling
and expanding these high-grade zones with two drill rigs, in preparation for the updated resource estimate
planned for January 2024.”
www.vizslasilvercorp.ca | 2
Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling centered on the Copala structure.
The precious metals dominant Copala Structure, located in the western portion of the Panuco district, is
situated ~800 m to the east of the Napoleon vein. Copala currently hosts Indicated Resources of 51.1 Moz
AgEq at 516 g/t AgEq and Inferred Resources of 55.4 Moz AgEq at 617 g/t AgEq within a broad envelope
of vein-breccia interlayered with host rock, up to 82 metres thick. Interpretations by Vizsla geologists
indicate Copala has an average dip of ~46° to the east (~35° in its northern sector and steepening to ~52°
in the southern sector).
Ongoing drilling at Copala has now traced mineralization along ~1,770 metres of strike length and ~400
metres down dip. The recently completed batch of resource expansion drilling consisted of 21 holes drilled
at ~50 m and ~100 m centres in the southern extent of Copala and one hole in the north, targeting both
the main Copala structure and the Copala 2 vein to the footwall. At Copala, hole CS-23-300 in the north,
intercepted a broad mineralized structure (~30 mTW) consisting of two high grade zones enveloping a low
grade stockwork zone carrying anomalous silver and gold grades throughout (see cross section on figure
5). Results from seven step-out holes in the south show that the Copala structure gets steeper at depth
(~70°) and develops vein splays carrying significant silver and gold grades. The recently interpreted Copala
4 and FW Splay vein sit between Cristiano and Copala, approximately 100 m and 50 m west of Copala,
respectively. To date, drilling has traced Copala 4 approximately 300 m along strike and 400 m down dip
whereas the FW Splay has been traced for ~350 m along strike and 250 m down dip. The vein splays strike
at 15° to 35° due northwest and dip at 60° to 70° to the east. These new splays, like Cristiano, are relatively
narrow compared to the main Copala structure, and host precious metals rich epithermal mineralization.
The drilling completed in the southern extent of Copala was designed to explore and/or infill the Copala
structure. Due to geometry those holes could not efficiently test the projection of the Cristiano vein, which
remains an open target. Vizsla is preparing an exploration program for next year that will consider
additional exploration on the southern extent of Cristiano and the newly identified splays.
The Copala 2 vein sits at the footwall of the main Copala structure and is bounded to the west by the
Tajitos vein and to the east by the Copala Fault. The Vein strikes northeast, dips to the southeast at
approximately 48° and has been traced for ~330 metres along strike and ~290 metres down dip. Refer to
www.vizslasilvercorp.ca | 3
the Company’s news releases dated July 13, 2023, and May 19, 2022, for previous drillhole results from
Copala 2.
To date, Vizsla has completed ~89,800 m of its fully funded 90,000 m 2023 drill program.
Figure 2: Inclined longitudinal section for Copala structure with drillhole pierce points. The section is 1x
along strike to 1.4x along the dip to compensate for the average 46-degree dip of Copala. The black dash
outlines represent Copala 2 in the north and the footwall vein (FW Splay) in the south.

Vizsla Silver Intercepts 764 g/t AgEq Over 11.20 Metres at La Luisa and Commences Drilling Shallow Horizon 500 Metres North
Drill Results Silver MexicoFollowTSX.V: VZLAWebsite
Mr. Michael Konnert reports:

VANCOUVER, BC, Sept. 11, 2023 /CNW/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla Silver" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from 13 new drillholes targeting the recently discovered La Luisa Vein located ~700 metres west of the Napoleon Area resource, at its 100%-owned flagship Panuco silver-gold project ("Panuco") in Mexico. The new drill results at La Luisa have expanded the local high-grade footprint by approximately 350 metres to the south and confirmed shallow vein mineralization located 500 metres along strike to the north.

Highlights
NP-23-395 returned 764 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) over 11.20 metres true width (mTW) (229 g/t silver, 7.14 g/t gold, 0.34 % lead and 1.64 % zinc)
Including, 10,485 g/t AgEq over 0.64 mTW (3,140 g/t silver, 102.00 g/t gold, 2.99 % lead and 16.30 % zinc)
NP-23-376 returned 415 g/t AgEq over 5.65 mTW (340 g/t silver, 1.23 g/t gold, 0.15 % lead and 0.34 % zinc)
NP-23-377 returned 342 g/t AgEq over 7.70 mTW (67 g/t silver, 1.80 g/t gold, 0.75 % lead and 3.74 % zinc)
Including, 1,612 g/t AgEq over 0.54 mTW (250 g/t silver, 12.35 g/t gold, 5.65 % lead and 10.45 % zinc)
NP-23-381A returned 503 g/t AgEq over 5.00 mTW (155 g/t silver, 2.49 g/t gold, 0.91 % lead and 4.52 % zinc)
Including, 1,194 g/t AgEq over 0.97 mTW (476 g/t silver, 9.29 g/t gold, 1.60 % lead and 2.11 % zinc)
"La Luisa continues to impress with very high precious metals grades over increasingly broader widths," commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. "We have now expanded the high-grade mineralized footprint at La Luisa to ~700 metres along strike by 400 metres down dip and it remains open in all directions. Moreover, new drilling approximately 500 meters along strike to the north has discovered shallow vein mineralization believed to be the continuation of La Luisa. Not only does this add significant strike potential to La Luisa, but it also supports our exploration model that the vein corridor has been tilted, with the southern extent being at the top of the mineralized horizon, near surface. Moving forward, we continue to explore La Luisa with two drill rigs."

Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling along the La Luisa vein. (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling along the La Luisa vein.

Details of the La Luisa vein discovery
The La Luisa Vein is located approximately 700 metres to the west of Napoleon in the southwest portion of the Panuco district. The structure has been mapped on surface for approximately 1,500 metres with an average strike of N30°W and dip of 70° - 80° to the northeast. La Luisa does not currently host any resources. To date including this release, Vizsla Silver has reported 33 holes from La Luisa outlining a mineralized footprint approximately 700 metres along strike by 400 metres down dip with a weighted average grade of 449 g/t AgEq (175 g/t silver, 3.40 g/t gold, 0.28 % lead and 1.33 % zinc) and average width 3.07 mTW. The upper level of the vein are hosted primarily by rhyolite tuffs (the upper part of the regional lower volcanic sequence), whereas deeper vein-intercepts occur in the more favourable diorite host rock.

Initial shallow drilling at La Luisa returned significant gold concentrations with relatively low silver and base metals values. The higher gold to silver and base metals ratios observed are analogous to the previously reported shallow "gold rich" horizon at the southern end of Napoleon. Interpretations based on metal zonation and alteration at Napoleon suggest that the vein corridor has been tilted, with the southern extent being at the top of the mineralized horizon, near surface (see the Company's press releases dated December 16, 2021, and October 12, 2022, respectively). Deeper drilling at La Luisa, including holes NP-23-394 and NP-23-395 intercepted wider vein mineralization marked by an increase in lead and particularly zinc concentrations.

Recent surface mapping and sampling along strike to the northwest at La Luisa has confirmed a wider vein expression with higher silver and gold anomalies at surface (see surface samples on figure 2). Surface sampling and mapping support the hypothesis that mineralization is tilted to the southeast in a similar fashion to Napoleon. Vizsla recently completed two shallow holes in the northwest, which intercepted the vein structure between 100 and 150 metres below surface (NP-23-399 and NP-23-401, assays pending), thus confirming our exploration model. Vizsla Silver is currently exploring La Luisa with two drill rigs, one continues in the south expanding the vein at depth and the second rig is in the north exploring for high-grade mineralization closer to surface.

Information Concerning Estimates of Mineral Resources
The scientific and technical information in this news release was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 which differs significantly from the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The terms "measured mineral resource", "indicated mineral resource" and "inferred mineral resource" used herein are in reference to the mining terms defined in the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Standards (the "CIM Definition Standards"), which definitions have been adopted by NI 43-101.

Pursuant to CIM Definition Standards, "inferred mineral resources" are that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence and sampling. Disclosure of "contained ounces" in a resource is permitted disclosure under Canadian regulations; however, the SEC normally only permits issuers to report mineralization that does not constitute "reserves" by SEC standards as in place tonnage and grade without reference to unit measures.

Canadian standards, including the CIM Definition Standards and NI 43-101, differ significantly from standards in the SEC Industry Guide 7. Effective February 25, 2019, the SEC adopted new mining disclosure rules under subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K of the United States Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "SEC Modernization Rules"), with compliance required for the first fiscal year beginning on or after January 1, 2021. The SEC Modernization Rules replace the historical property disclosure requirements included in SEC Industry Guide 7. As a result of the adoption of the SEC Modernization Rules, the SEC now recognizes estimates of "measured mineral resources", "indicated mineral resources" and "inferred mineral resources". Information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced herein may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according to U.S. standards. While the SEC Modernization Rules are purported to be "substantially similar" to the CIM Definition Standards, readers are cautioned that there are differences between the SEC Modernization Rules and the CIM Definitions Standards. Accordingly, there is no assurance any mineral resources that the Company may report as "measured mineral resources", "indicated mineral resources" and "inferred mineral resources" under NI 43-101 would be the same had the Company prepared the resource estimates under the standards adopted under the SEC Modernization Rules.

NP-23-392 returned 989 g/t AgEq over 2.50 mTW (527 g/t silver, 3.78 g/t gold, 2.13 % lead and 4.98 % zinc), including: 2,465 g/t AgEq over 0.69 mTW (1,500 g/t silver, 9.97 g/t gold, 5.25 % lead and 6.66 % zinc).

"Infill and expansionary drilling targeting the southern extent of Napoleon continues to intersect high silver and gold grades on both the main vein and its overlapping splay structures," commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. "We have now identified several splay veins branching off the main Napoleon structure located within both the footwall and hanging wall that remain open for future expansion. Most notable is the shallow dipping Hanging Wall 4 structure which returned 646 grams per tonne silver equivalent over ten meters true width and is open down dip.

We continue to view the Napoleon Area as a primary target for future resource growth and development. Of the six drill rigs currently turning on the property, infill drilling continues at Napoleon with one rig. In addition to drilling, we are pleased to announce Vizsla has achieved 1.5 million work hours without a lost time incident at Panuco. This is yet another major milestone for the Company and is a testament to the focus and dedication of every Vizsla employee and contractor working on the Project."

Vizsla Silver Reports High Metallurgical Test Recoveries For Copala: 91% Silver And 94% Gold

VANCOUVER, BC, Aug. 16, 2023 /CNW/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla" or the "Company") announces positive preliminary metallurgical test results for the Copala Resource Area ("Copala") at its 100%-owned flagship Panuco silver-gold project ("Panuco" or the "Project") located in Mexico.

"Based on representative samples from Copala, the largest known structure in the Panuco district, we are pleased to report very high silver and gold recoveries," commented Michael Konnert, President & CEO of Vizsla Silver. "This is a significant de-risking milestone for the Project and provides positive implications for the ongoing development of the Panuco district. Additionally, these results complement high silver and gold recoveries from the Napoleon and Tajitos resource areas using comparable grinding with both flotation and leaching methods independently. We intend to confirm through the next phase of metallurgical testing and additional flowsheet optimization that the mineralized material from all three primary zones, which make up the bulk of the current project resource base, is amenable to processing via the same flowsheet utilizing the same extraction circuits by testing the combination of flotation and cyanide leaching at both Napoleon and Tajitos."

Testing Procedure
The test program was designed and supervised by Ausenco Engineering Canada Inc. and completed by ALS Canada Ltd. out of Kamloops, BC. The testing procedure consisted of drill core being first crushed to -6 mesh and prepared into master composite test charges. A series of flotation tests were then conducted on the samples at primary grind sizes of between P80 70 to 150µm. Simple bulk flotation conditions were applied which included 18 g/t of PAX over 8 minutes of flotation time at natural pH. Precious metal recoveries to the concentrate ranged between 76 to 82% for gold and 78 to 85% for silver.

Flotation concentrate and tails were both subsequently leached using sodium cyanide to maximize gold and silver extraction. Flotation concentrates were subject following varying levels of regrinding prior to bottle roll leach tests using a sodium cyanide concentration of 3000 ppm. Pre-aeration was applied by bottle rolling the prepared feed slurries with ambient air prior to adding cyanide. Flotation tails were subject to bottle roll leach tests using a sodium cyanide concentration of 1000 ppm. Total circuit sodium cyanide consumptions averaged 1.3 kg/tonne for tests that included regrinding.

Gold and silver extractions from the flotation concentrates averaged 96.4 and 98.1%, respectively, for tests that employed regrinding compared with 93.6 and 92.7% without regrinding. Gold extractions appeared to be complete after 24 hours, while silver benefitted from extending the leach to 48 hours. Gold extractions from the rougher tails ranged between 77 and 82%, while silver extractions ranged between 48 and 67% after 48 hours of leaching. The higher extractions were achieved at the finer primary grind sizes. A summary of master composite test results is presented in Table 1.

VIZSLA SILVER DRILLS 1,030 G/T AGEQ OVER 20.45 METRES AT COPALA - EXPANDS MINERALIZED ZONE TO 600M BY 400M

Source: PR Newswire (Canada)
VANCOUVER, BC, June 21, 2022 /CNW/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from 24 new drill holes targeting the Tajitos - Copala resource area in the western portion of its 100%-owned, flagship Panuco silver-gold project ("Panuco" or the "Project") located in Mexico. The results are exclusively for the Copala structure and expand the high-grade mineralized footprint to 600 metres along strike by 400 metres down dip.

Highlights

CS-22-169 returned 1,030 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) over 20.45 metres true width (mTW) (780 g/t silver and 4.23 g/t gold)
Includes 2,727 g/t AgEq over 1.21 mTW (2,230 g/t silver and 9.08 g/t gold)
And 9,880 g/t AgEq over 0.85 mTW (7,900 g/t silver and 35.20 g/t gold)
CS-22-155 returned 900 g/t AgEq over 14.50 mTW (667 g/t silver and 3.89 g/t gold)
CS-22-154 returned 1,331 g/t AgEq over 9.35 mTW (1,010 g/t silver and 5.44 g/t gold)
Includes 4,579 g/t AgEq over 1.30 mTW (3,548 g/t silver and 17.78 g/t gold)
CS-22-164 returned 1,242 g/t AgEq over 4.40 mTW (802 g/t silver and 6.89 g/t gold)
CS-22-160 returned 2,007 g/t AgEq over 3.40 mTW (1,642 g/t silver and 6.67 g/t gold)
"The Copala Vein continues to exceed our expectations, delivering excellent precious metal grades over very large widths," commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. "When we first discovered the Copala Vein in late 2021, we knew we were on to something special given the well developed, near surface mineral continuity. At the time of the maiden resource, eight drill holes from Copala contributed 6.4Moz AgEq of indicated and 18.6Moz AgEq of inferred1. We have now reported 46 holes from Copala, effectively expanding the mineralized footprint to 600m along strike by 400m down dip with drill intercepts showing mineralization remains open in all directions. We continue to target the Copala area with three rigs and view this portion of the district as a major focus for resource expansion ahead of the Resource Update planned for Q4 of this year."

1 See details of mineral resource estimate in the "About Panuco Project" section, below.

Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling centered on the Copala vein. (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)

The Copala Vein is a shallow dipping structure located at the northern extent and on the hangingwall side of the Tajitos structure. Copala is marked by high precious metals grades (up to 7,900 g/t silver and 35.20 g/t gold over 0.85 mTW) hosted within a broader envelope of vein-breccia up to 82 metres thick with local mineralized pockets up to 20.45 mTW averaging 1,030 g/t AgEq (780 g/t silver and 4.23 g/t gold).

Today's reported intercepts expand a NNW-SSE striking high-grade shoot with approximate dimensions of 400 metres along strike and 200 metres down dip. This high-grade zone remains open to the north and down-dip to the east. Ongoing detailed structural-geologic interpretations suggest mineralization continues to the south, beyond the previously reported Cristiano Vein (see press releases dated January 19, 2022 and March 10, 2022), and is a near-term focus for expansion as Vizsla continues to explore this area. The Company currently has three drill rigs targeting the Tajitos – Copala resource area.

The Company is encouraged that the northern sector of the Tajitos – Copala resource area continues to grow, and the intercepts reported here, along with the recent discovery of Copala 2 between Tajitos and Copala (see press release dated May 19, 2022), demonstrates significant potential for additional blind to surface veins in the district. Vizsla is currently negotiating additional land access and has prepared a drill plan to advance the exploration of the Tajitos - Copala area to the north. To further support its 2022 growth initiatives, Vizsla recently completed a district-scale LiDar survey over the main 6,200 ha claim block to aid in geologic-structural mapping, drill-hole planning and geologic modelling.

About the Panuco project
The newly consolidated Panuco silver-gold project is an emerging high-grade discovery located in southern Sinaloa, Mexico, near the city of Mazatlán. The 6,754-hectare, past producing district benefits from over 75 kilometres of total vein extent, 35 kilometres of underground mines, roads, power, and permits.

The district contains intermediate to low sulfidation epithermal silver and gold deposits related to siliceous volcanism and crustal extension in the Oligocene and Miocene. Host rocks are mainly continental volcanic rocks correlated to the Tarahumara Formation.

The Panuco Project hosts an estimated in-situ indicated mineral resource of 61.1 Moz AgEq and an in-situ inferred resource of 45.6 Moz AgEq The Technical Report, titled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for the Panuco Project Mineral Resource Estimate Concordia, Sinaloa, Mexico" was filed on SEDAR on April 7, 2022, has an effective date of March 1, 2022 and was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") by Tim Maunula, P.Geo., Principal Geologist, T. Maunula & Associates Consulting Inc and Kevin Murray, P.Eng, Manager Process Engineering, Ausenco.

About Vizsla Silver
Vizsla Silver is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, focused on advancing its flagship, 100%-owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico. To date, Vizsla has completed over 140,000 metres of drilling at Panuco leading to the discovery of several new high-grade veins. For 2022, Vizsla has budgeted +120,000 metres of resource/discovery-based drilling designed to upgrade and expand the maiden resource, as well as test other high priority targets across the district.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Drill core and rock samples were shipped to ALS Limited in Zacatecas, Mexico and in North Vancouver, Canada for sample preparation and for analysis at the ALS laboratory in North Vancouver. The ALS Zacatecas and North Vancouver facilities are ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 certified. Silver and base metals were analyzed using a four-acid digestion with an ICP finish and gold was assayed by 30-gram fire assay with atomic absorption ("AA") spectroscopy finish. Over limit analyses for silver, lead and zinc were re-assayed using an ore-grade four-acid digestion with AA finish.

Control samples comprising certified reference samples, duplicates and blank samples were systematically inserted into the sample stream and analyzed as part of the Company's quality assurance / quality control protocol.

Qualified Person
In accordance with NI 43-101, Martin Dupuis, P.Geo., COO , is the Qualified Person for the Company and has reviewed and approved the technical and scientific content of this news release.

Pursuant to CIM Definition Standards, "inferred mineral resources" are that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence and sampling.

IZSLA SILVER DISCOVERS NEW VEIN AT THE NORTHERN END OF TAJITOS INTERSECTING 3,513 G/T AGEQ OVER 2.65 METRES

Source: PR Newswire (Canada)
NYSE: VZLA TSX-V: VZLA

VANCOUVER, BC, May 19, 2022 /CNW/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSX-V: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from 10 new drill holes targeting the Tajitos - Copala resource area, at its 100%-owned, flagship Panuco silver-gold project ("Panuco" or the "Project") located in Mexico. The results are centered on a vein splay discovered at the northern end of Tajitos, at the footwall of the low angle Copala Vein.

Highlights
CS-22-161 returned 3,513 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) over 2.65 metres true width (mTW) (2,461 g/t silver and 13.16 g/t gold)
CS-22-157 returned 1,013 g/t AgEq over 4.20 mTW (713 g/t silver and 3.76 g/t gold)
CS-22-154 returned 3,286 g/t AgEq over 1.70 mTW (2,400 g/t silver and 11.08 g/t gold)
CS-22-158 returned 1,671 g/t AgEq over 1.50 mTW (1,140 g/t silver and 6.65 g/t gold)
"Tajitos and Copala continue to be a major focus for near-term resource expansion at Panuco," commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. "While drilling the northern end of the Tajitos resource area, we discovered a new high-grade splay, located between Tajitos and Copala. This newly discovered vein was not included in the March 2022 resource estimate and further demonstrates the robust nature of the underlying mineralized system in the district. Vizsla currently has three rigs targeting the Tajitos-Copala area focused on category conversion and expanding the initial resource base."

Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling along the north sector of Tajitos – Copala resource area. (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)

The Copala Vein is a shallow dipping structure located within the Tajitos hangingwall along the northern extent of the Tajitos resource area. Copala is marked by high precious metals grades (up to 2,147 g/t silver and 18.04 g/t gold over 2.31 mTW, see the Company's news release dated January 19, 2022) hosted within a broader lower grade envelope of vein-breccia up to 82 meters thick. The area hosts additional precious metals-rich veins including Cristiano and Vein-3, which have been reported previously.

Drilling conducted during Q1 2022 and a reinterpretation of drill-holes from late 2021 along the northern portion of the Tajitos – Copala resource area led to the discovery of a new vein (blind to surface), between the Tajitos and Copala veins. The new vein, referred to as Copala 2, is located at the footwall of the shallow dipping Copala Vein and strikes north-south and dips at 50° to the east. Preliminary interpretations of drilling data highlight a southeast plunging shoot, with a strike length of approximately 300 metres, that remains open to the north. Copala 2 merges with the Copala Vein towards surface, and narrows at depth before intersecting Vein-3.

The Company is encouraged that the northern sector of the Tajitos – Copala resource area continues to grow, and the recent discovery of this new vein demonstrates the great potential for additional blind to surface veins in the district. Vizsla is currently negotiating land access and has prepared a drill plan to advance the exploration of the Tajitos - Copala area to the north. Other target veins that remain to be explored to the north, at the footwall of Tajitos, include Agua Zarca and La Tlacuacha.

The Panuco Project hosts an estimated in-situ indicated mineral resource of 61.1Moz AgEq and an in-situ inferred resource of 45.6Moz AgEq The Technical Report, titled "National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for the Panuco Project Mineral Resource Estimate Concordia, Sinaloa, Mexico" was filed on SEDAR on April 7, 2022, has an effective date of March 1, 2022 and was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") by Tim Maunula, P.Geo., Principal Geologist, T. Maunula & Associates Consulting Inc and Kevin Murray, P.Eng, Manager Process Engineering, Ausenco.

About Vizsla Silver Corp.
Vizsla Silver Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration and development company headquartered in Vancouver, BC, focused on advancing its flagship, 100%-owned Panuco silver-gold project located in Sinaloa, Mexico. To date, Vizsla has completed over 140,000 metres of drilling at Panuco leading to the discovery of several new high-grade veins. For 2022, Vizsla has budgeted +120,000 metres of resource/discovery-based drilling, designed to upgrade, and expand the maiden resource as well as test other high priority targets across the district.

Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Drill core and rock samples were shipped to ALS Limited in Zacatecas, Zacatecas, Mexico and in North Vancouver, Canada for sample preparation and for analysis at the ALS laboratory in North Vancouver.

In accordance with National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101"), Martin Dupuis, P.Geo., COO, is the Qualified Person for the Company and has reviewed and approved the technical and scientific content of this news release.

Information Concerning Estimates of Mineral Resources
The scientific and technical information in this news release was prepared in accordance with NI 43-101 which differs significantly from the requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). The terms "measured mineral resource", "indicated mineral resource" and "inferred mineral resource" used in this video are in reference to the mining terms defined in the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum Standards (the "CIM Definition Standards"), which definitions have been adopted by NI 43-101. Accordingly, information contained in this video providing descriptions of our mineral deposits in accordance with NI 43-101 may not be comparable to similar information made public by other U.S. companies subject to the United States federal securities laws and the rules and regulations thereunder.

You are cautioned not to assume that any part or all of mineral resources will ever be converted into reserves. Pursuant to CIM Definition Standards, "inferred mineral resources" are that part of a mineral resource for which quantity and grade or quality are estimated on the basis of limited geological evidence and sampling.

Information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced in this video may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according to U.S.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

VIZSLA SILVER EXTENDS HIGH GRADE MINERALIZATION AT SOUTHERN END OF NAPOLEON, INTERSECTING 2,098 G/T AGEQ OVER 4.30 METRES

Source: PR Newswire (US)
VANCOUVER, BC, June 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ - Vizsla Silver Corp. (TSXV: VZLA) (NYSE: VZLA) (Frankfurt: 0G3) ("Vizsla" or the "Company") is pleased to report results from 18 new drillholes targeting the southern extension of the Napoleon Vein at its 100%-owned flagship Panuco silver-gold project ("Panuco" or the "Project"), located in Mexico. The results are a part of Vizsla's ongoing, fully-funded 120,000-meter resource/discovery-based drill program.

Highlights
NP-22-258 returned 2,098 grams per tonne (g/t) silver equivalent (AgEq) over 4.30 metres true width (mTW) (1,139 g/t silver, 11.48 g/t gold, 0.32 % lead and 0.85 % zinc) including:
7,213 g/t AgEq 1.11 mTW (3,850 g/t silver, 40.6 g/t gold, 0.77 % lead and 2.51 % zinc)
NP-22-271 returned 677 g/t AgEq over 7.00 mTW (223 g/t silver, 2.76 g/t gold, 1.54 % lead and 5.01 % zinc) including:
2,871 g/t AgEq 0.46 mTW (18.5 g/t gold, 789 g/t silver, 5.68 % lead and 11.7 % zinc); and,
673 g/t AgEq over 6.24 mTW (393 g/t silver, 2.92 g/t gold, 0.40 % lead and 0.94 % zinc) including:
3,274 g/t AgEq over 0.87 mTW (1,970 g/t silver, 14.65 g/t gold, 1.37 % lead and 2.48 % zinc)
NP-22-277 returned 389 g/t AgEq over 7.00 mTW (151 g/t silver, 2.63 g/t gold, 0.24 % lead and 0.55 % zinc) and 583 g/t AgEq over 3.90 mTW (237 g/t silver, 2.35 g/t gold, 1.75 % lead and 2.89 % zinc)
NP-22-281 returned 5,700 g/t AgEq over 1.40 mTW (3,585 g/t silver, 25.84 g/t gold, 0.32 % lead and 1.07 % zinc)
"The Napoleon southern extension continues to be the primary target for near-term resource growth within the Napoleon Vein Corridor," commented Michael Konnert, President and CEO. "Our local model of a gently plunging epithermal system has led to the discovery of a new high-grade mineralized shoot marked by increasing grades and widths along strike and down plunge to the south. Furthermore, today's reported high-grade intercepts demonstrate that Napoleon is more than a single structure, it is interpreted to be a vein system with multiple splays hosting great potential for additional resource growth. Drilling continues with three rigs, including one direction rig, focussed on resource expansion and conversion along the Napoleon Vein Corridor."

Figure 1: Plan map of recent drilling along the southern extent of the Napoleon Vein (CNW Group/Vizsla Silver Corp.)

Details of the Napoleon southern extent
Infill and step-out (expansionary) drilling completed in 2021 led to an improved understanding of the controls on mineralization along the Napoleon Vein Corridor. Observations based on metal zonation and alteration continue to suggest the corridor has been tilted with the southern extent being at the top of the mineralized horizon near surface (Figure 3). Previously reported high-grade gold values closer to surface support the model (see press release dated December 16, 2021), while results reported here, with high silver grades and continued high gold grades continues to validate the model. Over the first quarter of 2022, Vizsla utilized up to four drill-rigs to target this area with the objective of testing this hypothesis and expanding the resources along strike and down plunge to the south.

Today's results outline a new high-grade, precious metals rich zone with significant widths below the Napoleon resource reported on March 1, 2022. To date, this high-grade footprint has been traced over ~800 metres along strike, ~300 metres down dip and remains open at depth. Moving forward, Vizsla plans to continue expanding and infilling this high-grade zone ahead of the planned resource update in Q4 of this year.

Stock Option Issuance
The Company has granted 590,000 stock options ("Options") at an exercise price of $1.74 to an officer and an employee. The Options are exercisable for a period of five years and will vest over the next two years. The Options are subject to the approval and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange and the NYSE American.

In accordance with NI 43-101, Martin Dupuis, P.Geo., COO, is the Qualified Person for the Company and has reviewed and approved the technical and scientific content of this news release.

Information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced in this video may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according to U.S.

Neither TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS

Many factors, both known and unknown, could cause actual results, performance, or achievements to be materially different from the results, performance or achievements that are or may be expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements or forward-looking information and Vizsla Silver has made assumptions and estimates based on or related to many of these factors. Such factors include, without limitation: the Company's dependence on one mineral project; precious metals price volatility; risks associated with the conduct of the Company's mining activities in Mexico; regulatory, consent or permitting delays; risks relating to reliance on the Company's management team and outside contractors; risks regarding mineral resources and reserves; the Company's inability to obtain insurance to cover all risks, on a commercially reasonable basis or at all; currency fluctuations; risks regarding the failure to generate sufficient cash flow from operations; risks relating to project financing and equity issuances; risks and unknowns inherent in all mining projects, including the inaccuracy of reserves and resources, metallurgical recoveries and capital and operating costs of such projects; contests over title to properties, particularly title to undeveloped properties; laws and regulations governing the environment, health and safety; the ability of the communities in which the Company operates to manage and cope with the implications of COVID-19; the economic and financial implications of COVID-19 to the Company; operating or technical difficulties in connection with mining or development activities; employee relations, labour unrest or unavailability; the Company's interactions with surrounding communities and artisanal miners; the Company's ability to successfully integrate acquired assets; the speculative nature of exploration and development, including the risks of diminishing quantities or grades of reserves; stock market volatility; conflicts of interest among certain directors and officers; lack of liquidity for shareholders of the Company; litigation risk; and the factors identified under the caption "Risk Factors" in Vizsla Silver's management discussion and analysis. Readers are cautioned against attributing undue certainty to forward-looking statements or forward-looking information. Although Vizsla Silver has attempted to identify important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially, there may be other factors that cause results not to be anticipated, estimated or intended. Vizsla Silver does not intend, and does not assume any obligation, to update these forward-looking statements or forward-looking information to reflect changes in assumptions or changes in circumstances or any other events affecting such statements or information, other than as required by applicable law.

VIZSLA SILVER DISCOVERS NEW VEIN AT THE NORTHERN END OF TAJITOS INTERSECTING 3,513 G/T AGEQ OVER 2.65 METRES

Table 2: Drillhole details for the new vein splay. Coordinates in WGS84, Zone 13.

Information regarding mineral resources contained or referenced in this video may not be comparable to similar information made public by companies that report according to U.S.

This news release includes certain "Forward-Looking Statements" within the meaning of the United States Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995 and "forward-looking information" under applicable Canadian securities laws. These forward-looking statements or information relate to, among other things: the exploration, development, and production at Panuco, including plans for resource/discovery-based drilling, designed to upgrade, and expand the maiden resource as well as test other high priority targets across the district ; and the entering into of land access agreements.

Forward-looking statements and forward-looking information relating to any future mineral production, liquidity, enhanced value and capital markets profile of Vizsla Silver, future growth potential for Vizsla Silver and its business, and future exploration plans are based on management's reasonable assumptions, estimates, expectations, analyses and opinions, which are based on management's experience and perception of trends, current conditions and expected developments, and other factors that management believes are relevant and reasonable in the circumstances, but which may prove to be incorrect. Assumptions have been made regarding, among other things, the price of silver, gold, and other metals; no escalation in the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic; costs of exploration and development; the estimated costs of development of exploration projects; Vizsla Silver's ability to operate in a safe and effective manner and its ability to obtain financing on reasonable terms.

These statements reflect Vizsla Silver's respective current views with respect to future events and are necessarily based upon a number of other assumptions and estimates that, while considered reasonable by management, are inherently subject to significant business, economic, competitive, political and social uncertainties and contingencies.
