coot I suggest you document your allegations about what I have stated that I did. It is true that I first bought about 100,000 shares (forget the exact number). Then I reduced my stake to about 67,000 shares to find money to invest in SPZI. After that I have sold most of my shares in SPZI and increased my stake in this company to 222,000 shares. Very recently I sold all those shares.

oldman I may tell you in a private post in a few days. I spent about half the money just minutes after selling the shares. The remainder of the money will be wired to my bank in the country I live and I will use my national broker to buy shares in the same company. My US broker does not allow me to transfer the money straight away. I prefer to make a few different transfers in case something goes wrong. I received a small transfer this morning since I wanted first to check that the money arrived in my bank account, which it did. I am selfish to the extent that as a principle I don't communicate to others which stocks I buy shares in before my purchase has been effected. In this case I realize that the company involved has such a high market cap that it is very unlikely that it would affect the ppsI have to pay for the shares I am going to buy, but I choose to adhere to a principle.

Intelligent financiers for acquisitions like QXTEL would likely prefer to maximize the payoff value of shares to be gained from the transaction and this can be done with the help of a secondary option that feeds additional acquisitions. I have sold all my shares because I found a recommended stock that to me looks way more attractive than this stock. Last year its revenues jumped more than 40% and profits exploded more than 100%. The net profit margin is more than 10% and the p/e ratio is less than 15. The shares trade on NASDAQ and prospects look very good. This company appears to have a great competitive edge and uses AI for this purpose. It has only existed for a few years and most of net assets is not by selling stock but by retained profits. Can the few of the posters who comprehend financials see why I regard the stock I refer to as much more attractive than IQST ?

As long as IQST continues improving the financials, like last year's 55% growth and 161% increase in gross profit, the SP should continue to rise over time and reach the minimum Nasdaq requirement of $2. Idk when it'll happen, but everything indicates we are headed that way.

Snow, you really are Mr. Negative. Taking a "step towards uplisting" does not mean "let's show profit and uplist". Taking a step means taking a step closer to uplisting. Aside from that, there is NO R/S in any discussion and I believe management has been clear on that, that they are going to achieve it "organically". Anyone who feels we are going to be on Nasdaq next month is not being genuine. It will take time, and true longs understand this...yes, we too have a desire to uplist and see the SP much higher than it is now, but the more pressure at these levels will likely lead to a pop up in SP - me, I want a slow steady rise in SP to stay under the radar of the vultures.

Idk why anyone is disappointed about SP either. Realistically, the stock took 2yrs 3mo to bottom from $2 in Feb 2021 to .08 in May 2023. It's only been 11mo since it bottomed and it's about 4x that price already and appears to still be in an uptrend. Just get back to testing .40 next month and the stock will be up 5x 1 year into the recovery. Do the same year 2 and 5x from .40 would be $2 by next summer and potentially uplist. You can't expect it to 25x from .08 to 2.00 in a single year.

The only reason I can see the company disappointed you. Is the low stock price. IF that reason means your only in it for quick buck. In my opinion the company has steady growth and increasing revenue. I think this company could go places. But being an OTC stock it's not 100 % guaranteed. Agree ten would be nice, twenty would be better. I am OK with 54 cents
