I never heard that a business should be valued more because it's a real company. The OTC market has been up and down. When up WNBD did not move.

I think it's valued because of its performance or lack of. No financials on GestureTek. I think your missing troubled signals.

No most of my post was addressing your undervalued comment/opinion with my thoughts on it. Also, I believe it moved more than one tick. It went up 300% from 0.0000.1 to 0.0002 perhaps the biggest 1 day jump in a long time, if I have that right.

All that happened is the share price moved to 0.0002.. It has been bouncing from 0.00000.1 to 0.0002 for a year.

No break through as last time it hit 0.0003 was April 2023.( ? ) Will we see that tomorrow or will it bounce back down making this an uneventful event except for some who say they were able to take advantage of it. Good for them.

You said in another post that it under valued. What do you base that on? On GestureTek sales/loses/profit income statement? There is none. Eric is hiding it. He opened a new subsidiary company, GestureTek Media Corporation and 15 months later he has not released 1 financial report.

There is no CBD wine revenue, that project is dead. There is no Perfume. That project is dead. There is no business from the INEO Alliance Partnership, that was fluff. There is no business, not 1 sale from his new business plan project, ad revenue Grocery sharing project he launched over a year ago.

The cleaning, stain remover sales have dropped substantially. Check the fins. The fins show consecutive net income losses since the acquisition. Loans have increased. He announces an install about 1 every 2/3 months.. Has announced no financial funding and his Nov business plan did not happen.

He makes it clear he needs cooperation and goodwill from creditors to be able to continue his business..He projected 1 million of GestureTek sales 1st year. What were the sales? He is hiding it. Was it even $200, 150, 100?.

My opinion only. The products, GestureTek are old. Tech is old.. Metaverse he announced was a bullchit pipe dream.

He did not deliver on any of his hyped GestureTek talk & ran out of excuses after he said just wait till we get settled into our new premises over a year ago.

Lastly, financially it's a disaster. Looks like he can't afford to put out an annual report.

Last install was Jan 25th. 2 and a half months later this one. Will the revenue cover 1 month's rent?. Will Eric ever post any Sales, Loses, Expenses, Etc related to GestureTek? The prize acquisition. Or more concealment will reign supreme. What a disaster he created.

In case anyone does not get this meaning let me shed some light. Eric is in survival mode at the mercy of his creditors whether they allow him to survive or not.

The creditor's cooperation that is required are from creditors who may not all be so inclined to allow him to survive. He does not provide any further explanation so I will. He has pushed his creditors to the point they don't, or may not want to play ball with him anymore. And if that is the case it could mean enforcement, bankruptcy.

Eric has made a disaster of WNBD with his acquisition. Anything else he says his bullcrap to try to cushion what I have pointed out.

Fluff talk. He is announcing only a possibility of some install with no install date that could be 30 days, 60, 90, up to never. No business can survive with 1 sale a month or 1 every two months.

This is why he is not releasing the financial numbers of his tech division subsidiary company, GestureTek Media Corporation because he is afraid of the backlash and how it would likely destroy all his narrative about the GTek potential.

Sure it's new. He just did it March 6th. You can't find it because Eric never pre-announce he was going to increase the authorized share count sometime in the further by 3 Billion.

There was some talk right here, not Twitter, some debate, confusion, on different paper reports whether it had been increased to 10 or not. In the end I don't think it had been.

I will try to find that discussion later. If I locate it I will post links to it. If I recall correctly, you were one of the parties who participated in that dialog along with TB.
