These guys discussed a distribution and marketing agreement concerning EcoReady's batteries back in April of 2010 (they do have Gogreen batteries on Amazon), as well as a joint venture agreement with J-Trend Systems Co. back in May of 2010. Did anything positive come of either of these? Hard to say, but probably not.
At this point I'm wondering if this is just dwindling to a shell company. Their website goes right to a godaddy page and their supply of products on Amazon is dwindling. In addition, there seem to be doubts as to weather the bags are truly biodegradable.
Combine all that with the 15-15D of a year ago, and I think we have a company that is going to sell off their existing stock of bags/batteries and eventually reemerge as another entity.
This might not be a bad entry for a stock with 100 million authorized and 65 million issued as of 2009. Of course, that depends on the current share structure and how far in the hole they are.

I read on other boards that they may be sold.. if so this will be a very good thing, the management here is horrible, I am amazed that such a good product is not in every store now with everyone jumping on the green band waggon. They need to hire a solid sales team to push this product, if not it will be dead in the water.

Is anyone still accumulating any shares of this, I first bought at $2.30 and averaged down. Haven't heard a thing on this company for a long time.

I agree.. but look for them to get bought out, I think 2011 is the year for this to happen, problem is they lack the distribution and any major company could make this mainstream. Nobody really knows about them. It's amazing that not every office building currently is not using this product.

PGOG might be bought out soon, I recall a few months back hearing some chatter about it, only reason I would see this thing move the way it has the past few months. Maybe time to lock and load.

Perf will be bought in out in 2011. It makes sense because it is a good product and just needs a big company that can push sales into the stores. It's amazing you never really see this stuff in any stores when every is talking about green. Plus the company can be bought for pennys. This is a slam dunk for any company that has distribution.

8K Dilution:
While it removes debt it adds dilution but, over all this is a good development. Till revenue ramps up they will need to borrow funds for SG&A. They are now positioned to move the business plan forward. It will be best to watch this play to see how effective their sales catch on before buying a large position.

Don't they connect with Green Cities like SF,CA., and San Jose,CA., these cities are banning plastic bags, surely their must be many other cities doing the same. PGOGs bags should be preferred over other bags in cities nixing plastic bags?

OS should be 62,499,625; Please correct this if wrong

I can't believe the stock has come down this low. I agree that using the stock for payment is a bad idea, but wouldn't mind taking a payment fromt them. This stock has a lot of potential. They are supposed to be building the new plant, anyone hear anything...This company actually has a product that they are selling and marketing and a good product. I'm surprised that some of the larger companies are going after them and buying them out.

For now, I'll just do some cost averaging. They will have financials due out at the end of November. I have a feeling that even .10 a share is going to start to look real cheap soon. As someone said if they can just hold on until the end of the year, I think they can make it.

Just IMHO...

Yes, there have been a lot of shares used as payment to other companies. They do have a real product, and a good one.... problem is they spent to much getting the company set up. Unless they start getting huge orders from multiple sources, they could be in trouble. But, if they manage to get through this year, I believe that .10 will be cheap, but its a toss up right now.

Let's see they got 10M in financing 6 months ago to build a new factory to increase production. They keep making annoucements of companies they are partnering with. They are now in Walgreens, Shaws/Star Markets all around New England. They are even partnering with companies in NYC that have the cleaning contracts for major buildings.

I don't know about anyone else, but this is a real product, it's a biodegradable plastic bag that is good for the enviornment and is out on shelves already and they seem to be keeping up with production. Looking at the other companies products on the shelves, the only way they get to claim that they are green is that they are using less plastic, they don't biodegrade.

So, does this company have a future, yes, it does, even though it trades as a pink, it just happened to hit the market at the wrong time. Will it's future improve. I keep waiting for one of the larger plastic bag compies to gobble it up but I don't think that will happen until they gain more market share. So, it .10 cheap. You betcha!!! Of course all IMHO

I am sort of new to trading. I have been watching this company for a couple of months and i have been thinking about long term investment. What do you experienced traders think of PGOG? Do you think this is the start of a major corporation and this is groundfloor for a great investmen? That is kind of what I have been hoping for in this company.
