Manipulating the close (marking the close) is illegal, just one of many OTC issues since these securities are thinly traded and often have poor spreads. It is the standard in the OTC by those trying to better the actual picture, and/or to alter a chart.

well if you can fill @ .0001 and avg down then that would be good...but there are always other plays out there AND lower risk that ATYG...don't fall on love with a ticker and pass up the time to make a nice profit...

I've known about ATYG for years...I made some $$$ a couple years ago from it being dormant...market place doesn't always get it right, hence the reason for intrinsic valuation...but you still didn't answer my question about SEC involvement in ATYG...
