Tesla Inc. on Wednesday reported a 24% decline in first-quarter profit on the back of its most recent wave of price cuts. Shares of the electric-vehicle maker dropped 6.2% to $169.40 in after-hours trading.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. said revenue more-than-doubled in its latest quarter on casino wins in Macao and Singapore. Shares of the gaming and resorts company rose 4.8% to $62.20 in after-hours trading.

F5 Inc. said it will reduce its headcount by 9%, or 620 employees, citing the demand environment. Shares of the software provider and developer fell 4.8% to $130.65.
