Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 29, 2023, Emergent BioSolutions Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved NARCAN® (naloxone HCl) Nasal Spray, 4mg as an over-the-counter emergency treatment of opioid overdose. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
