Siemens AG said on Monday that it acquired Vendigital and that the U.K. consulting company will become part of its professional services business unit, Siemens Advanta.

Siemens didn't disclose financial details of the deal, which it said was signed and closed on Dec. 22.

Vendigital has 100 employees who focus on supply-chain management, procurement, cost and value engineering and operating strategy, the German industrial company said.
