Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended April 2, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the filing deadline applicable to non-accelerated filers due to a delay experienced by the Company in completing the January 1, 2022 audit of its financial statements and other disclosures in the Form 10-K. As a result of the delay in filing the 10-K, the Company will be delayed in filing its Form 10-Q.
