The Company announced today that the following proposals were approved and adopted at its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on November 3, 2021:
a) the election of Messrs. Dimitrios Anagnostopoulos and Ioannis Kartsonas, as Class C Directors, to serve until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders; and
b) the ratification of appointment of Ernst & Young (Hellas) Certified Auditors Accountants S.A. to serve as the Company’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021.
