"Indianapolis Mass Shooting: At Least Eight Dead at FedEx Facility," at 8:44 p.m., 9:05 p.m. and 11:22 p.m. ET on April 16, incorrectly said that Jasvinder Kaur's first name was Jaswinder and incorrectly gave the age as 64.
