Item 5.02.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 23, 2021, Ying (“Christina”) Liu notified the Company of her intent to resign from her position as Chief Accounting Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective March 17, 2021. Elena Gomez will serve as the Principal Accounting Officer of the Company, effective March 17, 2021. Ms. Liu’s decision to resign is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s accounting, strategy, management, operations, policies, regulatory matters, or practices (financial or otherwise).
