The Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (the “10-Q”) for the period ended June 30, 2020 could not be not be filed within the prescribed time period because of a subsequent event that we believe should be included in the filing. We needed additional time to integrate the disclosure and provide it to our independent accountant for review, which has been completed. The 10-Q is being filed simultaneously herewith including such subsequent event disclosure.
