- Epazz, Inc. (OTCQB:
EPAZ), a leading provider of cloud-based business software
solutions, reveals FlexFridge, Inc. FlexFridge is Epazz’s first
spin-off. FlexFridge is filing its Form-10 today in order to allow
it to be a fully reporting public company. FlexFridge filed on a
non-provisional patent for the world’s first foldable mini-fridge.
A second press release will be issue once the Form-10 is filed.
Once the Form-10 becomes effective, FlexFridge will need to file
Form 211 in order to get a ticker symbol. Shareholders will be able
to trade their shares soon after the ticker symbol is provided.
Since FlexFridge, Inc. is not part of Epazz’s core business, the
company believed it was best to turn FlexFridge into its own
company. The company issued a stock dividend to shareholders, and
the company is working with lawyers to file the necessary paperwork
to allow FlexFridge’s shares to trade. The company is making plans
to develop an e-commerce store so consumers can pre-order the
mini-fridge. The company also plans to launch a crowdfunding
campaign for FlexFridge on a major crowdfunding website for
pre-ordering.
