Director/PDMR Shareholding

Irvine, CA, 8 May 2012 - Kofax plc (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of capture enabled business process management (BPM) solutions, announces that it was notified on 4 May 2012 by CEO Reynolds C. Bish, in accordance with DTR 3.1.2, that on 4 May 2012 he purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the company ("Ordinary Shares"). All shares were purchased at a price of 260.0p each on the London Stock Exchange main market.

Following these transactions, Reynolds Bish now holds voting rights attached to 196,150 shares, representing 0.22% of the issued share capital of the Company.
