Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) has named Norman Bishop for the newly created position of Director of Corporate Development and Timothy Hill as the Director of Corporate Communications and Public Relations.

Bishop will be responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for mergers and acquisitions. He will work closely with company leadership to identify and acquire companies that align with corporate strategies and growth objectives. He comes to the Cubic Corporation with over 13 years of investment banking and consulting experience.

Previously Bishop worked at BB&T Capital Markets as a Senior Vice President in the defense, technology and government services sector. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned his Master's degree from Harvard University.

Hill will be responsible for directing the corporate communications and public relations function. He has over 25 years' experience in all phases of communications and most recently served as the Dow Chemical Global Director of Communications. Previously he held senior level communications positions at Honeywell Aerospace, Reliance Electric and owned and operated his own marketing communications firms. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.

Both roles will report to Jay Thomas, Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development. They will be integral to our growth and expansion of Cubic into new and existing markets," Thomas said.
