Statoil Fuel & Retail said Wednesday that Statoil has sold 18M shares in Statoil Fuel & Retail at a price of NOK39 a share in connection with the Stabilisation Manger's (Citigroup Global Markets Limited) exercise of the over-allotment option granted in connection with the IPO of Statoil Fuel & Retail.
