Eyes on Sirius Petroleum & Rockhopper Exploration

The recent RNS about (LSE:SRSP) Sirius Petroleum highlights what an excellent investment this will be come early 2016.

I believe we will be hearing more news soon on thoughts and developments as to when the production well will be drilled in Nigeria. I would highlight based on (LSE:MXO) MXO OIL Aje field that its normal to debt finance given the shallow waters at $25 a barrel all in costs. At a 40% percentage of 3,000bopd with a market cap of £6m i would suggest the companies share price will move way north of 2p with a detailed rns going forwards.

Rockhoper Exploration (LSE:RKH) Rockhopper Exploration needs a mention simply because investors will miss out. The company will be drilling next in the Falklands on Isobel Deep appraisial in the North Falkland Basin. This high chance of success prospect which could be as large as Sea Lion, making the whole North Falklands Basin commercially viable to bigger players than Premier Oil. You must not forget (LSE:PMO) Premier Oil is paying most of the costs to production  regarding the farm out deal of Sea Lion.

The other point Odey sells will be cleared by the time of the (LSE:FOGL) Falkland Oil & Gas well results which highlight only one way this is going and that is UP. Anything around 40p level is a bargain with a  target around £1.00 a share on Isobel Deep results.
